The staff at the hotel we're beyond friendly. They did everything they could to make us feel welcome and we're extremely helpful. The room was very expensive for what it was. I feel the hotel were exploiting the fact that there was a festival near by. Wouldn't have stayed there if we weren't attending the event

Great value for money. Comfortable bed. Convenient restaurant next door, made it easy for us to have an evening meal after spending all day at Alton Towers. Beds were clean and fresh, but felt the bathroom walls and doors could have done with a wash.

The friendly attitude of staff and the excellent freshly cooked breakfast. It was dissapointing to have to pay extra for more than 30mins wifi and compared to other local hotels offering similar facilities does not appear that good value for money.

I needed a local place to stay with a bed, this fit the criteria exactly with the addition of an excellent breakfast service. The road into the location was a bit tricky when using the Sat Nav.

Very friendly reception and restuarant staff. Excellent bed. I know it's budget and it is good value, but there was not enough milk for two cups of coffee. I'm sure I could have asked for more, but by then it was all a bit late.

Clean, quiet room. Beefeater very handy for meals. We stayed in a quad room, where 1 of the additional beds was a truckle bed i.e.no more than a mattress that slides from under the main bed. This wasn't a problem for us (we knew in advance) but the website isn't clear that this is the case.
