Great value for money. Comfortable bed. Convenient restaurant next door, made it easy for us to have an evening meal after spending all day at Alton Towers.

Beds were clean and fresh, but felt the bathroom walls and doors could have done with a wash.

The reception staff were very good - nothing was too much trouble - very warm and helpful - they are a credit to the hotel / premier lodge.

The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious. Bed very comfortable. Just a short walk next door for eating.

The friendly attitude of staff and the excellent freshly cooked breakfast. It was dissapointing to have to pay extra for more than 30mins wifi and compared to other local hotels offering similar facilities does not appear that good value for money.

Convenient to the road network and local area

Waited 20 minutes for someone to attend at the reception. Did not think this was very good!

I needed a local place to stay with a bed, this fit the criteria exactly with the addition of an excellent breakfast service.

The road into the location was a bit tricky when using the Sat Nav.

I know it's budget and it is good value, but there was not enough milk for two cups of coffee. I'm sure I could have asked for more, but by then it was all a bit late.

We booked this Premier Inn as this was very close to our friends so perfect location, we didnt really see what was around us as was just a base for us.

Quiet efficient service and pleasant location with good facilities. Easy access and exit ability to city.

We stayed in a quad room, where 1 of the additional beds was a truckle bed i.e.no more than a mattress that slides from under the main bed. This wasn't a problem for us (we knew in advance) but the website isn't clear that this is the case.

A little more comfortable than the budget hotels I usually use. Good breakfast.

the premier inn itself was great breakfast could not be faulted we did how ever eat in the beefeater on the sat we arrived they were busy but service times were unacceptably long and food was cold when it did arrive. the beefeater was the obvious choice after a long drive but wished we had gone elsewhere as it tarnished our first night in derby.
