Friendly staff Easy to find
The members of staff very helpful & friendly. Easy to find
The weather, which no one could do anything about
Good location. Restaurant attached with other restaurants close by. Quiet. Friendly staff.
Comfy beds, excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. That kids are treated as kids, i.e. kids under 16 (that is 15 and under) eat free at breakfast. Dinner was great, way too much to eat and good value for money.
They only had a booking for one adult, even though my booking form was for 1 adult and 2 children, but they sorted it out quickly and dressed the 3rd bed. And nothing extra to pay, kids under 16 eat free.
Reception staff very friendly and efficient.Room spotless.
Waitress at breakfast was in huge hurry to clear food at counter before guests were finished eating.
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the Premier Inn. Check in was very quick and efficient and the staff on reception were so helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and the hotel is set back from the road so there is no traffic noise. Food in the restaurant was excellent and good value. The restaurant and bar staff were brilliant too, even dancing with some of the young dancers who were staying in the hotel while performing at the Walled City Tattoo. Thank you all for a lovely stay.
Food was very healthy at breakfast. Good choices and I liked the self service for the tea and coffee. The restaurant was also very good at night with good choices.
It was a bit isolated but didn't bother us as we had the car.
Exceptional service thanks
Staff attentive good breakfast easy access via local bus service into the city
No one on reception on arrival had to press buzzer for attention and no one there either on departure not good customer service
It was very clean. The staff were very friendly.
I hate it when you can't open the window. I know there is air conditioning but it is not the same as fresh air.
Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.
Comfortable and worth the money
TV very small. Main problem not sign posted on main roads. Easily missed. Other others are sign posted. On roundabout coming up to Hotel a clear sign post is available for the Belfry Hotel. This is worth reviewing.

very friendly and clean
Everything, very comfortable.
Staff were very helpful and polite.
We Didn't find the bed comfortable at all. I'm afraid they got 4 thumbs down (2adults & 2 kids)but every other aspect of our stay was perfect
We had a great weekend staying here. The staff were amazing and so friendly. The little touches were greatly appreciated - booking taxis, reserving tables at the restaurants in town. We will be staying again.
Premier Inn was perfect for us. The location was good and it ticked all the boxes as a low cost accommodation. There was a lovely atmosphere around the night we stayed and we could sit outside and have a drink before bed. We were attending the Foyle Cup soccer tournament
Nothing really.... did the job as a low cost accommodation.
Everything abt it staff ard very friendly and helpful to
Nothing liked part of my weekend thanks
Everyone at the premier inn was always happy and so willing to do whatever to make our visit to Derry wonderful. I have visited this area more than a dozen times over the past few years and the time spent at the Premier Inn was far and away the best accommodations of all trips prior.
Up to usual Premier Inn standards - good room, very friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast
For me I could have done with the hotel being within walking distance of the centre of town, that's why I marked down the location.
Nice sized rooms Comfortable Restaurant next door
was difficult to locate
