Staff exceptional, especially at 11.30pm arrival with tired kids. Very clean Beds exceptionally comfortable Cups of tea (good quality tea bags!)

This premier in is a little dated but is still great, clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was a toddler in the room above waking at 6am and running round the room - sounded loud below & woke us up - not premier inns fault though, but would keep children to ground level to prevent this!

    The bed and location

The pub nearby was too small for the amount of people wanting to use it. Our room was very uninviting and sparse looking.

It was comfortable, good for our family of 4 - beds very comfortable. Friendly staff who readily, happily and quickly got us some sheets when it was too warm for duvets (height of summer)

Can't fault the premier Inn itself but The beefeater next door was not well maintained and we had ants crawling across our table during our evening meal - very uncomfortable meal as we were all itching!! and staff were not interested in doing anything about it, or even apologising

We liked everything about the Premier Inn it was situated just far enough out to enjoy quietness. The staff were very friendly, helpful which made our stay here even better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone has it is ideally situated for exploring round the kent coast.

The only thing that I did not like was actually having to pay foe WI-Fi. I think it would be beneficial to customers and the rating if it was free.

Breakfast in the Beefeater next door, excellent value for money. The location was very convenient for our stay.

Very noisy caused by other guest shouting until late in the evening and very early the following morning. Double bed felt small compared to ourusual king size.

I would recommend the Premier Inn to everyone who doesn't want to spend too much money on accommodation. It is clean, well-equipped, quiet and the stuff is very friendly. The family room is very good for families with two children (ours are 11 and 13).

    Everything was fine.
