The helpfulness of staff Cleanliness of room
Being woken up at 7:30am by a delivery truck unloading beer barrels at the pub next door to the Premier Inn. As the checkout wasn't until 12 noon I was really upset that my sleep had been broken before it was even light.
The room was quite big and well set out and comfortable with tea facilities
The location was a drive out from sights
great stop over for ferry crossing
Staff friendly and helpful
Very quiet & the staff were extremely helpful.
Could not even get in the restaurant next door due to Christmas party's. Understand it is the time of the year, but after a long journey we did not want to get in our car again to get some food.
Good to get to the ferry. Comfortable bed.
A little far for restaurants etc.
The staff were very nice and helpful that to me is probably the most important thing . I also went to get a little fresh milk for my tea from the restaurant and the member of staff who was behind the bar happilly gave me some.
That you had to pay for wifi
I liked the peace and quiet the cleanliness and comfort of the room and the helpfull friendly staff who made you feel welcome the minute you entered the hotel
Fantastic to have a shower curtain on a curved rail - there was no problem of a cold, wet curtain sticking to me as I had my morning shower after a comfortable, cosy night's sleep!
could have claimed money back as we could hear neighbor moving around but overall good
Comfy bed, clean, beefeater next door, great staff, great location
Really good quality for the price
A bit out of town
Just an overnight brief stop prior to early ferry but lovely and quiet and just the job! They even kindly kept some personal belongings they had found until we could pick up as we passed by on return journey! So thank you!
Beef-eater next door was friendly and staff good, food was nice
Thought the front of house staff were a little rude
location just right
Duvet too heavy
Room was very comfortable and ideal travelling with a young family.
Paying for wifi over the top prices for evening meal why was not the day menu available in the evening
Great location great value for money
Very close to ferry terminal, very comfortable bed.
Room smelt of smoke, as non smokers we didn't like this.
No bar and restaurant (apart from pub next door)
Location, pleasant Beefeater restaurant.
Having to pay for wifi, TV reception poor, not being able to open the window.
