value for money and food from next door was not bad at all
noise from road
Great bed, good food in the restaurant. Overall good value
Location was convenient for ferry. staff pleasant
heavy duvets on a warm night in September and inability to open the window because of noisy traffic led to very little sleep
Locality to Dover ferry. Beefeater food was very good value.
The room was very hot
Very friendly and helpful, very clean. Liked the breakfast and dinner next door - the staff there was friendly and the food was good!
Focused on providing good night sleep for next day successfully Good value breakfast. Things needed for quick stop are all there. Good beds;even extrabeds No problem for late arrival. Easy access to the port
Bathroom adequate and clean but a little old fashioned(no mix tap for basin) Bathroom extracter is noisy and we cannot stop. End parts of carpark is not very well lit.
It was too far from eastern docks. My fault but when in booked it I did not realize there were 3 premier inns in Dover. When you are on a cycle this matters
very hot, airless room. Fan was provided, but still too hot and airless. Very poor first night's sleep. Staff provided a sheet which helped following nights. Thick duvet for summer!!?
Polite and helpful staff. Clean room, great shower, comfy bed. Kettle etc provided.
the area was nice and the staff where polite the food was also good
Very nice stay
Convenience for dover
Noise from pub next door, few bites next morning?
We arrived late but we were offered a table at the restaurant, excellent touch
Staff exceptional, especially at 11.30pm arrival with tired kids. Very clean Beds exceptionally comfortable Cups of tea (good quality tea bags!)
This premier in is a little dated but is still great, clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was a toddler in the room above waking at 6am and running round the room - sounded loud below & woke us up - not premier inns fault though, but would keep children to ground level to prevent this!
Great for traveling to ferry port
Did not sleep a wink due to the people above banging about most of the night
Lots of parking, nice restaurant, near the port
No A/C unit , so rooms gets hot at night
The bed and location
The pub nearby was too small for the amount of people wanting to use it. Our room was very uninviting and sparse looking.
The lady that checked us in was lovely and explained everything to us. The rooms were really clean and enjoyed our stay
Beds were comfortable
Rooms too hot. No aircon just a small fan to circulate the hot air. Television had a bad signal so could not Watch it, not good for the children. For £100 per night expected better.
Ideal stop over for early channel crossing very clean and quite. Good beefeater next door but advise booking meal in advance .would difenetly stay again
The location is ideal for the ferry to france
When there was a misunderstanding about us having a disable room which we did not request ( albeit it was sorted at receiption) our return stay on the 7 th September has to be referred to your customer services unpinned which we were very rudely and badly dealt with. A separate complaint has gone in not that we are expecting a response!!!!
The toilet paper was soft
Winter quilt on a hot summer night, one pathetic fan to cool down the room, not getting much sleep before a ferry trip and a long European drive, hit and miss wi-fi
It was comfortable, good for our family of 4 - beds very comfortable. Friendly staff who readily, happily and quickly got us some sheets when it was too warm for duvets (height of summer)
Can't fault the premier Inn itself but The beefeater next door was not well maintained and we had ants crawling across our table during our evening meal - very uncomfortable meal as we were all itching!! and staff were not interested in doing anything about it, or even apologising
We liked everything about the Premier Inn it was situated just far enough out to enjoy quietness. The staff were very friendly, helpful which made our stay here even better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone has it is ideally situated for exploring round the kent coast.
The only thing that I did not like was actually having to pay foe WI-Fi. I think it would be beneficial to customers and the rating if it was free.
