All fine, except: - see minus comment. (Bed v. comfortable, good quality sheets/duvet covers.)
The duvet was winter weight and far too hot (and heavy) for the time of year. Even in winter however, with heating on, it would be far too hot for most peoples' comfort and certainly for my own and my husband's. I suggest a summer weight duvet of around 4 - 6 togs, with an optional blanket to add if required. After all, it's easier to add warmth than to take it away.
location near dover ferry, clean room, comfortable bed, window could be opened
asked for quiet room but given one on ground floor and woken by guest above walking around at 6 am - so quiet rooms clearly only on first floor... otherwise ..no herbal tea choice in room breakfast very expensive
Payment for wifi.
Comfortable and cosy bed!
I had just returned from a holiday touring france and the room ,staff, and service were every bit as hotels three times the price.
not a thing
staff friendly, room comfortable equipment wise. Food and service good
room too hot for comfortable sleep
Excellent staff very friendly top mark's well done!!
Staff was very friendly and nothing was to much trouble top marks!!
Closeness to boat
The beds are too high anyone with probs would have difficulty getting on the bed. And the bathroom was too small my wife and I had difficulty getting in and out of the shower if the other person was in the bathroom as well.
Easy to find and park. Very comfortable bed and good food at reasonable cost. Very accessible to Dover.
Food at Breakfast
Room was primarily for disabled guest.
from when we checked in the staff member was very helpful, and informative of places to eat.we had been travelling a long time and was very happy with the rooms and location of the hotel i would deiinatley reccomend this hotel as a stay over for the ferry port we travelled on to disney france the next day. breakfast was available from 06.30 we had no complaints.
The BED!! Fab sleep.Excellent service from reception staff . Provided extra pillows without any bother.
Nothing to dislike!!
Nice and quiet area. Very comfortable beds. Clean bathroom.
Staff were efficient and friendly. Location is excellent for access to early morning ferry to France. Rooms are comfortable and facilities are good. Check in and out very efficient. The weather was very hot and a large fan was thoughtfully provided in the room
The restaurant was a bit limited on menu but as it is on the same site as the hotel, it was very convenient
It is my personal taste ,the bed was a little too soft for me.
Hotel located minutes outside the town of Dover
very good experience. great for overnight stop for ferry. food really good
the rooms were too hot. this was the only problem we encountered
Beefeaters restaurant was next door. Great dining and fantastic staff. Room was clean and bathroom a good size. Less than a 10 minute drive to the white cliffs and Dover Castle. Appreciated the top sheet being left folded in the room. English and European inns and hotels only provide the bottom sheet with a doona which makes it very uncomfortable on a warm night. Thanks Premier for the sheet in accomodating your Australian and North Americans guests who use a top sheet.
Beds very firm. Toilet slow to flush but still worked ok Very warm in room. No Shampoo or Conditioner provided.
The welcoming staff The location It was quiet The room was comfortable Tea and coffee making facilities
There was a strong smell of disinfectant in the corridor and the rooms teh day we were there The basin wasn't draining
Staff Room Location ok
Price - considering it was 3 weekend nights Meal costs both breakfast and evening meals
location peaceful food on site
nothing else around
As above wih bonus of smiling, helpful staff.
water being turned off at 9.30 a.m. on our 1st morning due to water pressure problems, we could have had a lay-in as we weren't due at a wedding until 2p.m. instead we got up at 7 a.m.
