Position to ferry terminal
We could help ourselves to extra tea and coffee if needed. Very welcoming on arrival. Large rooms which were very comfortable.
great location, friendly staff, beautiful spacious clean rooms overlooking the ocean.
Good all round hotel with parking on seafront. Great for the ferry terminal just minutes away. Helpful staff and a great breakfast make excellent value if you are going to catch the ferry, might be a bit crowded in Summer though?
Recently refurbished, Amazing pillows and beds, did not want to get up- but then the brilliant breakfast was calling, even two teenagers made an appearance for that before 10am.!
Tv didn't work
The bed, the food location were all great.
The bed was luxury.Room was good size with flat screen tv.The staff were excellent.
Went for a meal .The food could be better. Also had the breakfast which was good
Very helpful staff. Good parking onsite. Restaurant in hotel great. Ferry terminal close by for easy boarding.
Friendly, quick check-in, very comfortable room with no external noise. Breakfast staff friendly and professional.
Very friendly staff, comfortable bed
Unfortunately the restaurant was very full and we were forgotten!
Ideal stopover if you're getting the ferry. superb
Nothing at this price!
The restaurant. facilities in the room location to ferry port views.
Lifts very small No I phone docking station.
The hotel was warm and comfortable with good staff.
There was only pne chair in a double room. The attached 'Table-Table' restaurant took an hour and forty minutes to serve up a sub-standard meal. When we complained the response was, 'Sorry, I'll tell the chef.' Nothing else was said or done.
I thought that the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious!
Comfortable Clean Reasonably priced Friendly staff
facilities on site, staff, location (did not have time to check the wi fi)
The bathroom fan ran all night, even with the bathroom light off and door closed it ran and ran. this is of course a disaster when you dont get to bed before 23.00 and need to be up at 05.30 for a 07.00 ferry.
breakfast was very good value
slight wait for breakfast very busy
Everything, the location, the staff, the rooms were in excellent conditions.
everything was absolutely lovely
Breakfast not hot
I loved the location. Seafront, next to castle, next to cliffs, 10 minutes walk to town centre. The hotel was quality, with a beautiful, clean and stylish room. The staff were always friendly with high standards.
Quite surprised upon the value you get for your money, everything was nice and clean, staff was very helpful and friendly too although we arrived fairly late, location is simply perfect
Not a negative but just a comment - would have liked they accepted Euro payments too
Still have to pay for wifi
