We travelled to the uk for a funeral. We have stayed at this hotel before, it was comfortable and convenient for the ferry. However, I have never found a 29.00 room as advertised.

Warm friendly greeting from hotel staff. Staff seemed well organised and efficient. Room was really nice. - Very good standard. Facility for tea or coffee in the bedroom. Breakfast was excellent- Full breakfast was more than sufficient with free breakfast for the young children. Location of the Hotel well situated for cross chanel ferry crossings. Please rely our thanks to the hotel staff for the service they provided.

Good value for money. Rooms are spacious and functional. Very convenient location close to the ferry terminal. The main reason to stay in this hotel would be to stop over on a journey to or from the continent, and guests are likely to arrive late or depart early. I would therefore suggest that the hotel would provide more facilities for a late dinner or early breakfast.

Very convenient for the ferries; well sound-proofed, comfortable bed; all the amenities necessary for a one-night stopover The purple-maroon livery is not to my taste. The bathroom seems to get a lot of wear and tear - could do with some sprucing up.

Ease of parking. Location for ferry service. Friendliness of staff in nearby restaurant. Extractor fan in bathroom. These are nearly always inoperative. Squeaky child beds.

A brilliant place for the Dover Ferry Service. Always clean tidy and expertly run. I have no hestitation to recommend the hotel. Probably the parking if arriving late, it seems a little insecure at the rear of the property

The receptiionist Steve was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help my friend and I to re book with the Premier Inn on the Friday. The meals were excellent and I would certainly look at changing my habits of booking hotels when this stay was superb, both in comfort, location and price. Thank you very much for making the start and end of our holiday enjoyable.

Everything was fine, the staff were extremely helpful. I just thought the price was high compared to other nearby hotels/guesthouses. Non smoking rooms, quite noisy in the corridors caused mainly by inadequate soundproofing to the rooms.

We stayed at p Inn dover as it is near the port and we needed to have an early start in the morning . We had a very pleasant and peaceful nights rest before we set of in the morning . We have no complaints.

I was extremely comfortable, however on Sunday night it appeared as though there was an elephant in the room above me. The ceiling was not at all soundproof and I was kept awake - not really your fault.
