Premier Inn Dover Central (Eastern Ferry Terminal)  

The receptionist was excellent, always smiling. In fact all the staff were good, made you feel at ease. Room well planned and comfortable. Restaurant excellent value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were on the 3rd floor, and there was a hint that this used to be the smoking section, as both ex smokers we picked up on this

Reception, good 'front office' staff. Restaurant on site. Good restaurant choice, attentive staff. Closeness and convenience to Ferry Port.

as always it was very clean and comfortable,plenty of storage space

only one thing i didn't like was the manageress's attude in the dining room

Great location for Dover Castle as this was our main purpose for staying at the Premier Inn. Also, it overlooks the sea with lovely views.

very unfriendly staff ,every question was answered by No and after a 7 hour drive it would be nice to be met by a smile and a friendly face also the room was very noisy and we did not get a good nights sleep before having to drive back for another 7 hours

The Staff are super. Room was very comfortable. Generally not bad for a hotel.

I think the restaurant in the hotel is awful.

I liked the location close to the ferries and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and room well maintained

A bit of trouble getting early check in...but got it sorted. Bathroom had a bit of wear and tear but it was clean.

As usual, based on our experience at Premier Inns, great facilities (comfortable room, bar & restaurant), with very helpful staff.

As usual, my only criticism is the lack of proper soap for the bath - liquid soap is fine for a shower, but not for a bath!
