Staff were very polite, helpful and efficient.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The staff in the attached restaurant were rude and unhelpful.

As soon as I arrived in reception the young woman behind the desk was very welcoming and provided me with everything I needed. Whenever I went downstairs or needed everything I felt like I was part of a family. The view from my room was dramatic with lovely views over the sea. The food was excellent and again the staff in all areas of the hotel including the domestic team were wonderful. I had a fantastic weekend meeting up with my family from all over the country who stayed at the Premier.

Very comfortable stay and restful sleep. Dover castle is an easy 20min walk, fabulous attraction. Easy walk from ferry terminal aswel for our arrival. All you can eat breakfast more than worth it's money. Fantastic stay, staff all very friendly. Thank you.

the room is quite big and bathroom is very clean

when we were in the room, one staff used her key and opened the door without knocking at all. This is extremely unacceptable!!! The AC was not working in our room and the room was a bit hot

i liked the closeness to the terminal and how quiet the hotel was.

The proximity to the ferry, easy to drive to and from or walk. The view of the sea and the docks was wonderful. Only ten minute walk to city center and easy to find just walk down to the jachtclub turn right and your there. Castle is walkable however be prepared as the walk is a bit steep. Bed was large for a double and with the good night sleep guarantee you can't go wrong.

The shower was not easy to shut off the cleaning lady had to show us as you had to push in and turn past off and hold there for a few seconds. Also the shower curtain was to short and could use magnets on the bottom to hold it in place, as our first day it kept sticking to us however this was solved by a trip to the pound store were we bought some refrigerator magnets for a pound and used them on the curtain bottom.

This Premier Inn has an excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, moderately sized, my family was very comfortable. Nice breakfast selection, ours was included in the room price. An overall pleasant stay.

The proximity to the ferries.The fact that the rooms, bar and restaurant are in one building and are also very pleasant.The ability to help yourself to more tea/coffee etc. for the bedroom.
