Convenient for our family visit. Good basic standard hotel and room. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Poor signage from busy road to Premier Inn and car park. Automatic Air conditioning/heating had failed so room was cold. TV handset not working. Too basic instructions for TV handset. TV was old CRT type, reception poor with no channel guide. Basin soap dispenser not functioning or empty.

We found Premier Inn East staff very friendly, the room very pleasant and clean, able to get extra coffee and milk from reception. We would certainly stay there again.

It was clean, warm, quiet and simple, with a comfortable bed and adequate bathroom facilities. The staff tried hard to make my stay as confortable as possible. The eating facilties were about three minutes walk from the hotel, along a dark alley. Travelling alone, I was pleased when I arrived safely!! The choice of food lacked a 'healthy option', although the staff were helpful and pleasant.

Excellent acc for motel.good location for ferries Tv old hat. Flicker nearly gave me a siezure, lol. Not easy to use. Wish list: lcd tv with Freesat. A covered smoking shelter wih dry seats and heating. Or peferably a smoking room, smoking in your rooms is not against the law (my home for the night) it is against company policy. I would bet such room would be booked solid for years ahead

Hotel was fine and easily accessed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food in the adjacent eatery was remarkably good and very good value. It would have been even better if the offers were available to hotel guests after 18.30. In summary a pleasant experience..

It was very convenient for the ferry to Calais. Comfortable room, but may have been a smoking room in the past. A bit musty - may have been a smoking room in the past. Road noise was loud.

The friendliness of the staff @ the Inn was second to none but in the restaurant it they had a very different attitude Good value for money but the eating facilities were not as good as some Premier Inn's we have stayed in. The restaurant asigned to this Inn did not have a facility to accommodate residents, the staff were more interested in the "Special Night" that was being promoted & therefore the wait to be seated was over 1hr plus when we were seated we then had to queue for a further 20minutes to place our order then a further 30minutes before our meal arrived. Out of choice we would not stay in this Inn again

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Proximity to ferry terminal. Everything was fine. However to even further improve could decaf coffee be provided and also a pkt of biscuits. I arrived late after a long journey and wanted a decaf coffee and a small snack before getting a few hours sleep. Also, I was leaving at 6.30 am to catch a ferry and that was too early for the grab and go breakfast which was a shame.

Handy for the ferry. We had to wait over 25 mins for our cooked breakfast. If we had been told that there would be a delay we wouldn't have bothered as we had a ferrry catch.

it was a great location very close to the port but out of town , perfect for the early morning ferries , there is a total garage next to it with shop , also there is a beefeater pub/restraunt , where you get your breakfast and meals from , i wouldnt book meal through hotel as , at pub they have chinese nights and curry nights also the usual pub grub and play ground for kids didnt like the fact that the hotel didnt have its own bar /restraunt , which premier inn's usually do

We only stayed overnight here & found this hotel really convenient for the dover ferries. We had a 'room only booking' so we could make an early start to catch the 8am ferry. The room was very comfortable & quite suitable for a short stay break. Unfotrunately we were not able to sample the cuisine from the adjacent restaurant.

The staff of both the hotel and attached Brewer's Fayre could not do enough for us. Everyone was very friendly and anxious to make our stay a happy experience. Other, more expensive hotels could learn from this! We would have appreciated a safe in the room.
