Staff. Bed. Great breakfast with great staff.
nice quiet room - electric kettle & coffee/tea - 2 mins walk to pub/restaurant and more important 5 minutes to the ferry port
needs more lighting on walkway to pub. Better signage to hotel main entrance from main road
Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast at Brewers Fayre next door was excellent with a good choice of either cooked or uncooked.
Bit of a funny smell in the room on arrival but seemed to disappear pretty quickly.
No wake-up alarm. TV alarm impossible to set andinstruction sheet supplied by desk was for a different tv .
This Premier Inn was ideally located as we were boarding early in the morning. We found it very clean and the staff were really helpful.
The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.
We had booked a disabled room for my elderly father who isn't very mobile and the steps at the brewers fair were awkward for him
Location close to Dover port, the usual good furnishing/decor, cleanliness and breakfast of Premier Inn.
The mattresses are not as comfortable as claimed in Premier Inn's advertising. At home we have a simple foam mattress and it's a lot better. I don't agree with having to pay for WiFi nowadays - it ought to be included. This could be a deciding factor for future bookings!
very friendly staff in hotel an pub with good food
they get a wheelchair because a long walk from hotel to restaurant with disabled and o a p people I that what to much for dinner and breakfast to walk there and back
The bed was super
Staff were great, room immaculate bed firm best sleep we'd had in a long time
The hotel location, room facilities, cleanliness all fine.
Sleep disturbed by people on the upper floors-bad insulation. Unruly children running around late at night & early morning.
Everything about this Premier Inn was just perfect. I have used it a lot and find it just the Perfect Location. the staff are always helpful and friendly. I can say I will definetly continue to use this location again & again in the years to come
there were flies and mosquitos in the room and in the resturant we paid over 45 pound for dinne and the chips were disgusting , the sauce was watery and there were flies flying all over our food, it was a horrible experinec if i'm honest
Our room was facing the busy road and the double glazing was not helping that much. The restaurant the Hotel was using did not do the hotel any justice. Evening dinner, they had my order wrong, breakfast we woke up early before catching the morning ferry. My daughter was sick the whole day after eating from dirty plates and they made me pay for a full breakfast after having a coffee, my daughter had beans before realising dirty the plates were.
Being served raw eggs and food served on dirty plates. Busy road
I stayed with 2 young children ad was pleasantly surprised with 2 single beds for them instead of a sofa bed. Good TV, nice bathroom. Great staff. Very comfy.
Window could do with a clean on the inside as there were a few spiders and cobwebs behind the curtain. Bit of a walk to breakfast - but breakfast was excellent once we got there.
Perfect for one night so we could catch an early Ferry from port.
Noisy bathroom fan!
Could not get a meal until after 8 pm because of an large early evening booking.
Staff, comfort, room, value for money
Premises was not easy to find.
Dinner and breakfest in different building than hotel
Just 5 mins drive from ferry. Very clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Very friendly welcome from receptionist.
Can not describe it was my faimly away from for 7years and we were treated like royalty thank you
Large room , comfortable bed, large flat screen TV. Value for money at £58.
Dark (sporadic lighting) sunken walkway to Brewers Fayre about two to three hundred metres from the hotel alongside the petrol station. Brewers Fayre menu lacks veriation , relying to much on breadcrumbs and pasta...
Staff pleasant breakfast good
very noisy - alongside main road air conditioning not working wifi not working difficult to sleep no power point for electric shaver room cramped with extra beds
We enjoyed our stay very much thank you
No complaints at all
