Went for the Jehovah's Witness sign language convention in Dudley. Friendly helpful staff. Very welcoming and polite on each contact. Room was lovely, seemed newly decorated i.e bright, clean & fresh. Bed was great, very comfortable. Location is good, 10 mins drive into Dudley with little traffic usually.
Can't think of anything negative to say.
Nice size of the room.
Just up to 30' of free Internet connection. A bigger double bed would be better (there's plenty of space in the room for that!).
The TV, beds and toiletries, oh and the fantastic breakfast, we were stuffed !
Erm just to be picky the shower wasn't very powerful, water nice and hot though
The room was clean and comfortable. A good position in relation to the town- town centre was a short walk away.
The breakfast was ok- but nothing special. We have had better in other Premier Inns.
Rooms spacious, clean and well furnished. The hair dryer was great.
The check in process was slow and frustrating. The electronic key system was also frustrating - it didn't work first time meaning I had to come back down the stairs with my luggage (the lift was broken) to swap it! Breakfast was also a disappointment. We had to wait 20mins even before anybody came to seat us. In the end we gave up and seated ourselves - that got someone's attention! We were told that they were very busy and their would be a wait for food which was fine. When the manager came to take our order (table of 10) things got very confusing. There was no sensible system in place to keep track of what people had ordered and when the food eventually turned up (1.5hours after we had been seated!) nobody had what they ordered. My order was forgotten and I ended up eating half an hour later on my own! The manager was very apologetic and gave us a discount. Understandable to be expected to wait for food on a busy sunday morning but there is no excuse for the confusion over the orders and completely omitting one order!
clean rooms comfy bed friendly staff fab breakfast room supplies
Large room fitted four in comfortably
Small bed for child uncomfortable Ended up at the bottom of our bed
room and bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in.
The staff was very attentive to our needs and very accommodating. The continental breakfast was great.
i stayed last week in one of the new referbished rooms which was fantastic. friendly staff in the hotel and resturant.
i stayed this week in an old room and you can tell why the hotel is being refurbished.
good room clean well maintained
worn towels overcooked scrambled egg small TV screen
Room and comfortable. Convenient to our location.
Restaurant service slow. Poor steak. Loud rock music at breakfast.
The New refurbished rooms are top quality.
Room large, bed comfy, bathroom clean
Staff entered room twice in the afternnoon without knocking while we were changing to go to a funeral. No air conditioning in the room which made it really uncomfortable to sleep in, I opened the window but as the room was on the front the noise from the busy road kept us awake. The water pressure was quite low so the shower not as good as we had hoped.
Nice big clean room, great TV, lots of power points and nice mood lighting - a nice touch. Keep up the good work!
The friendliness of the staff The cleanliness of the hotel
Rooms clean and up to date decor. Restaurant good and so was the value of the food. Staff very attentive.
Lovely newly refurbished room and the beds were really comfortable
Its attached to a Beefeater!
The rooms are way too hot, no air con and therefore I will not be staying there again. Also bathrooms were not very clean
Very helpful staff
resturant service, staff forgot our order but got there in the end
Nice location and staff
Noisy guests in hall way
Comfort, cleanliness, access, and the friendliness of all the staff encountered.
As a wheelchair pusher I have to reverse through spring loaded doors but the narrowness of the corridors made turning the chair round very difficult.
One of the older Premier Inns but the comfort and service is just as you would expect from the newer Inns . Good value for money, staff really helpful, plenty of parking and easy to find. Direct access to a Beefeater Grill , with McDonalds next door if you are so inclined!
The gentleman at the reception was very polite and helpful. He also was good at interaction with my grandaughter
Having to wait for the cooked part of breakfast unlike when you had it on ready cooked
No free Wifi
