Perfect for what we needed. The room was very spacious and neatly set out. Staff were very friendly. Helped with giving us local takeaway menus even though there was a cojoining resturant. When needed extra pillows they were brought straight up. Initially we wanted 5 people to go on the trip but room was maximum of 4 so we ended up leaving someone behind. Room was so spacious, could easily of added in another double bed to make it a 6 person family room.

The food in the Restaurant was excellent. The whole Premier Inn smelled of fresh linen which was very welcoming as was the friendly greeting from all staff. Our room was spotless. Unfortunately the people in the room next to us were arguing for most of the night. Reception did his best, we did get a full refund when leaving just a pity some people do not adhere to common courtesy behaviour.

How helpful and friendly the staff were - no matter what was asked of them they did for us and in a lovely manner - made us feel Birmingham people are really friendly and welcoming, makes such a difference when travelling with kids. The 3rd bed - travel bed was very uncomfortable even for a 7 year old but staff provided us with an extra quilt to put below with absolutely no quibbling.

Good clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Breakfast - plenty of choice and any amount required. Initially service a little slow but more than made up for by extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Will definitely use again. Perhaps two pillows per bed - including childrens beds.

Attentive, friendly, efficient staff. Warm, comfortable room with ensuite facilities. Good range of foods for breakfast and for other meals at affordable prices. Conveniently sited for walking to my friends' home, to church and to the local small shopping centre. 1. A minor niggle - the hot tap in the wash-basin in my bathroom was hard to turn off. 2.Your restaurant has staff trained to use the guides to food content, and they use them well. But I always have to bring my own gluten-free bread [it's the same in most British hotels. My hint would be for the kitchen to have one or two wheat/gluten-free sliced loaves in the freezer and extract slices if asked for such bread by customers. Warburton's have been selling such loaves for about 3 years and there's also a good brand called Genius bread on sale in most of the large supermarkets. So presumably your catering suppliers could provide them.]

Food available on site, breakfast was good quality. Long wait for breakfast to be served, the room was cold and took a long time to warm up, the bathroom was very dated and in need of serious attention around the bath, the room was generally a bit "Spartan".
