Cannot fault the place
It was a good sized room and good location.
I didn't realise it was a disabled room and didn't like the shower and wanted a bath.
Could not use wifi
bed very comfortable
some traffic noise if you sleep with the window open but not much.
it is wrong for guest to pay even a cent for wifi,i travelled with young children who were as disappointed as myself over the use of wifi that was not free, all hotels we have stayed dont charge for wifi and even buses and trains, airports give free wifi so why should Premier inn charge for it,the payment of wifi should be scrapped and i will be returning with my family in January 2015.
Staff were very helpful, location excellent and rooms were lovely.
Everything was excellent.
Cleanliness of room Comfort of beds Spacious rooms
Invoice print too small (difficult to read)
Location excellent for the areas we visited, staff keen to help ( directions, arranging taxis etc), good clean facilities, will stay again in the future.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Paid wifi was too fiddly, and when I left the room, it ended my session (as the power went off), so needed to sort this with staff and get another session. It should be cheaper and also easier for customers than this.
Comfort and location
The WiFi only allowed for two devices but we were not informed about good
Good level of comfort. Breakfast available until 10.30am on a weekday - great for a lie in. Prompt and courteous attention given to a problem with our room.
The weather on our second day.
One member of staff stuck off from them all, he worked nights and was a credit to a Premier Inn. His name was Chris. Clean, comfortable, affordable.
12pm check out!
Staff very helpful and happy to help and were busy working whenever I saw them. Great room and facilities for my wife who has mobility problems. travel cot and iron provided..
I've found beds at Premier Inns slightly hard and pillows flat. Found cost of room expensive at Dudley, especially in lieu of no included breakfast.
Cleanliness Staff Value for money Breakfast Room size Kettle in room
Booked the hotel due to i had a conference the next morning the service from the receptionist was very good however the room it self was freezing cold, the temperature gauge didn't work wouldn't even turn on, my partner was not happy with this i went out to tell the receptionist but couldn't see her, so me and my partner booked a room at the village and left
Staff was very polite and overall our stay was okay. :) breakfast was very nice!
Didn't sleep too well on the 2nd night due to noise (banging) till 2.30ish and didn't get told a time to check out on the Sunday morning
Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Remarkably quiet considering the location.easy to get to from the M5.

I loved the comfort of the bed. I also loved that the curtains were able to block the light of day so I could sleep longer.

Thoroughly enjoyed the 6 nights I spent there. Very lovely staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, quiet and relaxing.
