The staff were very helpful and courteous. My room was very clean and surprisingly big (although it was a disabled room)

No phones in the rooms quite far from shops/banks

Staff were helpful and very polite, handy having a food place next door, easy to find on the satnav.

The covers were too hot, we couldn't sleep it was too hot, we opened the window but we were kept away with the passing cars, if there was a sheet on the bed before the duvet we could have taken the duvet off. We already knew the place was fully booked so we didn't asked to be moved.

When I ariived receptionist asked if I would like to add breakfast. I had already paid for breakfast....After checking in, had to dodge the cleaning trolleys and vacum cleaner to reach my room...Went for breakfastnext morning, strong, sickening smell of burning in the restaurant, a piece of plastic had got stuck in the toaster. All the doors and windows had to be opened to try to get rid of the fumes and smell. Put me off my breakfast...could not open the bedroom window because of traffic noise.

The staff was friendly,very helpfull during our 2 day stay,breakfast was lovely,myself and the girlfriend was well pleased with it...

I didnt like that there was no phone in the room,couldnt get in contact with reception for any queries unless we walk down to the reception area..to oder a taxi etc..would b good to see that improvment in the future...

Well placed and easy to find as we were en-route for the west coast of Scotland. tStaff friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere. Excellent restaurant

The welcome at Reception was superb, as was the checkout process. The proximity to and the quality of the pub next door was, again, brilliant. Will definitely stay there again.

Location

The pull-out bed used for my 7 year old daughter was so uncomfortable I had to let her sleep in with me. I tried the mattress myself and so understood why my daughter complained of a sleepless night. This is not acceptable and marred my 4 night stay with my mother and daughter.

Lovely new hotel, friendly staff. Good location for touring.

Pleasant and happy, staff,clean rooms,very near where the wedding we were attending.Breakfast great.serving staff were very good,nothing was to much for the to help us.

All our evening meals were served on cold plates all food was cold .,baked potatoes cold,if the chef or chefs are told,tell them that I have been in the trade for over 42 years as a ,and I say that if they dont want to loose custermers,buck their ideas up.chef then head chef

It was convieniently located for access on and off the motorway. Having a vehicle an absolute must for this location as it is a fair distance to city center, castle or seaside etc. The restaurant next door was very good for any meals and recommended. Really no other ammenities to speak of... this is strictly a clean in and out place to sleep.

Better quality bed pillows would be nice. A hotel / Inn like this should be all about cleanliness, quality of bed linens and beds combined with maximum quietness and air quality for the best sleeping conditions possible. My wife and I appreciate the ability for the guest to choose the type of pillow desired. ie feather/down or synthetic fill.

The staff were superb, in particular the lady in reception who helped sort out a problem with the booking despite being under a lot of pressure with other arrivals. As to the hotel you get what it says on the tin, always clean and comfortable.

It was a very handy location for stopping off from Loch ness down to England - allowing a break in the journey. It was clean and extremely good value.

Having fallen in the bath when, in the process of getting out of the bath after my shower, I would suggest you had proper bath mats. Also, I found that the handles on the bath protrude too much, so that when I did slip, the handle caused me an injury.
