Premier Inn Dumfries  

Easy to find. Good parking for motorcyles. Great stop-off location for further travel to Cairnryan. Pub/restaurant next door was good for late evening meal and drinks. Staff were very polite and friendly.

Friendly staff. Well trained. Good breakfast and quickly prepared. Very clean and was comfortable and quiet in nice rural surroundings.

Not especially cheap although could not be described as expensive. Did not seem to be offered not to have breakfast and only offered a disabled access room on booking which was changed at check in.

Spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was huge and would fill a giant. The staff were excellent and friendly. I would stay again.

Excellent service on a very rainy day, we were very wet cyclists on arrival and could not have been looked after better.

This Premier Inn was very tired and outdated.We had stayed in three other Premier Inns' the same week so have to comment on how old fashioned it seemed. The doors are awful..loud creaking,as was the floor to the bathroom (which had an odour of urine).The windows offered little sound insulation . This was the cheapest room of the week though and i suppose it reflected the £58.00 price tag. Maybe ut is in line for refurbishment...then maybe I would recommend as Dumfries itself is lovely

Have stayed in Premier inns before just felt Dumfries one was looking a bit tired and in need of a refurbishment toilet looked worn out. It didn't spoil the weekend but it was not as nice as the other Premier inns that we have stayed in.

Premier Inn Dumfries was great. The hotel staff were wonderful and eager to answer any questions we may have. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Next to the hotel is a restaurant called Table, Table-- it was our hang out point. We loved it! Great food. I would highly recommend Premier Inn Dumfries!

The staff are first class, always very friendly, welcoming and yet professional. We have stayed at this Premier Inn on many occasions and always have a lovely time. The rooms are spacious and clean and we have recommended this hotel to many people and will continue to do so.

Lovely breakfast! Rooms fairly big, nice staff and loads of parkingspace...

Suprised to see a quite new hotel like this having no ventilation except when showering, so very damp when you wake up in the morning (condensation on inside of window!). Is that the case with every house in Britain??? Quite far from city center, actually more of a motel... Otherwise than that really OK!

Ideal location for a visit to border towns and great value for money.

Reception staff were the best we have experienced with Premier Inn in making us feel welcome and nothing was a bother-well done !!

Staff were very friendly, service at next door pub was really good, especially as we had a large group, the food was good quality, the hotel very clean and comfy, overall very good value for money.
