Premier Inn Dundee Centre  

The location and the food were good.

The receptionists and duty manager were unwelcoming and unhelpfiul however the restaurant and housekeeping staff were great.

We have enjoyed our stay at Dundee with Premier Inn before that is why we chose the same location again. The staff are extremely friendy and go out of their way to ensure that our stay is pleasant, comfortable and all our expectations are met in full. We have recommended the Premier Inn to many relatives and friends and will continue to use the same location in the future.

we have stayed before and enjoyed our weekend, will book a weekend again. it would be nice to get one of your £29 rooms for a weekend trip.

Room was very quiet, which was important as we were in Dundee for a close friend's funeral. Parking is more than adequate and it is very close to city centre. Staff very friendly and efficient and the whole place is spotless. Will definitely be back as we visit Dundee regularly.

The location was excellent with stunning views over the river and the road bridge.Good location for walking into Dundee and very good restaurant. Bonus of having direct access to restaurant without having to go outside.

the hotel was easy to find, good parking area, pleasant river side location, good food in the restaurant and very pleasant staff.

Easy parking. Uncomplicated booking/check in. Quiet. Comfy bed. Slept well.

Our room overlooked the Tay - lovely view. Very handy for all of Dundee's amenities. Railway station just across the road.

I liked the hospitality and the accommodating attitude of the staff,at reception, especially when arriving at late hours and their willingness to help with small things like ordering a taxi or storing luggage.

I did not like the fact that I had to pay for wi-fi where other hotels offer it for free. Also the absence of a bar fridge in the room was a problem.

Nothing to like--it was a wholly forgettable experience. And and experience I hope to soon forget!

The staff did not live up the Premier Inn promise of not paying if you're not satisfied--full payment was demanded on check-in, only to then find the room and experience wholly substandard. Grime and mildew in the bathroom, uncomfortable room, a fire-hazard for a hair-dryer not replaced when asked, and surly desk-staff for whom our complaints were clearly an unwelcome annoyance.
