Score from 293 reviews Very good
the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful for our group.
Very good value, room clean , comfortable and quiet.
The food at Bell Jar was mediocre and service a bit slow
Comfortable rooms plenty hot water
I liked the friendliness of staff both in hotel and restaurant attached to hotel.
On arrival our room allocated had not been cleaned bed not made up and dirty cups. However as soon as reported to reception another room was allocated. Restaurant a wee bit pricey compared to others attached to premier inns.
Quiet and comfortable
Nothing much within walking distance. A co-op, a couple of takeaways and a restaurant attached to the hotel.
Good value. Comfortable beds. Good restaurant right next door.
Bit of traffic noise. Walls were quite thin so you could hear your neighbours at times.
Hotel was clean, rooms were big, good location and good parking space.
Staff didn't told us that paying with credit card will charge extra cost. I found out after seeing credit card statement only. Staff should be more informative.
Staff were geninely friendly and were happy to help. We booked a twin room and ended up in a family room which was even better - more spacious.
Not much. We were on the ground floor and there was one night the guests next door were having a party which kept me awake for awhile but they quietened down at midnight so it wasn't too bad. The seagulls woke me up one night and I felt they were really noisey but my other half didn't notice them!
GOOD VALUE GREAT LOCATION
Clueless in adjoining bar (staff)
Location and friendly staff
good helpful staff, clean good size room, perfect location, next to shops and restaurants
Location Parking clean comfortable beds
Lovely pub next door. And the staff in both thePremier Inn and the pub were excellent.
Was clean and just what we needed for a night
Kids beds was camp beds and not comfy they said they did not sleep very well and a lot of noise outside pub is next door and it was a very warm night and everyone was outside till 2am
Realistic time to check out with a young child in tow - very good. Thought given to intense heat weather conditions I.e. Electric fan & spare sheets to sleep on top of bed. Friendly staff.
Big room. Very comfortable. Staff friendly. Near to bus route for Dundee. Shops nearby.
This is a standard chain hotel, clean and of good value, perfect for a "just to sleep and move on" hotel.
A nice quiet location when we eventually found it. The staff were very helpful and the pub next door did a respectable evening meal. Cycle tracks were ideal for walking the dogs and I would stay here again.
cleanliness of grouting and loose tap fitting of which I informed reception -the blutack fixing suggested a former guest , the staff said they would deal with the issues immediately
It was clean and look inviting.
Bed was clean but matrass was not comfortable both me and my friend had back pane.
Great pub next door very friendly staff and they do a great Mediterranean chicken well worth a try.
The room was clean and comfortable. The arrangements for breakfast at the adjoining restaurant/bar was very good
Liked having the ran ( it was quite hot when we were visiting). Staff were very friendly. Would have liked to have had away pass to the local gym as part of the room price.
No free wifi (apparently coming this winter) and parking was difficult as the road markings were not clear cars were often parked over two spaces so had to park over the road at the shops
