Ideal for what we required. When we booked a twin room I would rather have had two three quarter style beds rather than double and sofa bed.

It is the same as all other Premier Inns - I know exactly what I can expect and I cannot fault them.

I liked the hotel staff were very freindly had lovely meal in the bell tree would book again. I think breakfast should be included in price as there is such a varied amount you can pay. And it is difficult to get deals.

The staff in both the Inn and nearby Bell Tree pub/restaurant were most helpful. The inn is right next to a block of shops including a Co-Op, Pharmacy, Bakery. Having to pay for Wi-Fi.

Friendly receptionist. Good value accomodation. Nice and quiet room At breakfast I asked for a bacon sandwich and was then charged for the full cooked breakfast. This was not mentioned when I asked for a sandwich. The lunch menu had blt sandwich with extras for £4.00 whereas the breakfast was 7.99. This really annoyed me and took the shine off an otherwise good stay

Forget the TV ads featuring cuddly Lenny Henry. The reality is prices that are no better than many other hotels, dingy rooms, dreadful beds and a paid-for wifi system that's a con. The one good thing is that they refund your money if you didn't get a good night's sleep, and apparently they have to refund money quite often!

The room was a good size and in a good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Had to wait a while to check in, as they were short staffed and the room had not been cleaned. As our room was the last one on their list, our room would not get made up until around 3 or 4pm. After making up the rest of the rooms, they must have been tired, as the room was never vacuumed, toilet, bathroom, not cleaned up to standard, if cleaned at all and we had the same sheets and pillowslips for the 8 nights we were there. The bureau was never dusted. The water pressure for the shower was shocking. You could hardly get the soap off you. It would have to be the worse shower we have had. There was no mini bar or phone in the room.

Location and the very informative and friendy staff. Not having the room tidies emptied or the cups and spoons dried and returned to tray on the second day of our stay as they were when we arrived.

The restaurant next door to the hotel was good with a wide range of food available and the staff were very helpful. The design of your room was not suited to twin occupancy as the second bed did not have any easy access to the lighting in the room and could not watch the television that was in rge room. The room did not have enough electric sockets. The supply of tea and coffee in the rooms was sparse (one of each for each occupant). The room only had one chair and would have benefited from another.

There are a few shops opposite - very handy and a good pub/restaurant next door also very handy. Obviously newly refurbished. There was a beer garden behind the hotel which was very handy for the children to run about safely.

After having some lovely locals show us the way, we ended up at the Premier Inn. The address is listed as being in Bounty Ferry but is actually in Monifieth. The room is a standard room but was clean and well kept. Staff very friendly & helpful. Unfortunately no ice machine on site but there is a grocery store across the road.
