Quiet at night . good taxi service. unfortunately there was only one set of clean towels in our room & we didn't realise until both of us had showered! not good enough I'm afraid!

Hotel exceeded our expectations. Hotel was very clean and there was space for cars. I would describe this hotel a very good motel with services nearby... Very good take-away pizzeria and supermarket within 30 meters from hotel. =) Very friendly staff. Nothing to complain. A fridge would have been nice.

I liked the location of hotel as it was near Arbroath, where I have family that live there. I didn't like having to leave the building to walk outside to enter another building for my breakfast. I wasn't aware that the buildings were not connected

Good location for access to Dundee and surrounding towns and ports of interest, a good base for a short break, with all necessary shopping facilities available on the location. We found the room to be drafty sitting near the window and the heating not able to keep the room up to temperature, the heater seemed too small for the area of room.

The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. Super warm douvets! It's a constructional problem, but all the electric plugs were at the table - no way to load your mobile on the nightstand.

Staff were friendly. Restaurant / Pub next door had excellent food. Your Site says its 3 miles from City Centre - wrong it is a lot further more like 6 to 7 miles. The location is not obvious and needs accurate directions or SAT Nav to find

Very friendly staff, comfort without luxury and handy restaurant next door. Had trouble with water in our room. No water in bath and had to fill it with the shower.
