Friendly helpful staff & comfortable clean rooms

When we entered our room we were pleasantly surprised by the facilities. Having stayed in the Premier Inn previously at various locations I am aware that the hotels vary from site to site. Having only paid £42 for our nights stay we expected only really the bare essentials but this wasn't the case. We were greeted by a large and very comfortable double bed, a spacious bathroom which included a bath and also a fantastic flat screen television attached to the wall in front of the bed. The room itself had plenty of space and was a comfortable temperature upon arrival although we did note that there was a fan and a heater should we have wished to adjust the temperature at all. The room had plenty of lights, mirrors and storage space which also added to our satisfaction with the room itself.

This hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and the beds comfortable. The attached restaurant was excellent, the food was of a much higher standard than I had expected. We had our two year old daughter with us and it was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Like the fact that there was a restaurant attached to the hotel, with a comfortable bar.

We were in room 21 and the room directly above us had what sounded like a child jumping off a bed or bouncing a ball constantly. it began very early in the morning and went on late into the night, which disturbed all our sleep.

The delay in service for our first evening meal (ate out 2nd night), then being overcharged and the 2nd morning the breakfast items range being reduced as the hotel had 'run out' off several things including semi skimmed milk!!!!!

I have stayed there many times. The comfort of the room is why I choose this hotel.

Breakfast service took too long. I often find the smell of people smoking at the entrance disturbing. During all visits I have noticed an over flowing bin at the entrance. When the birds raid the bin they leave an unsightly mess of litter. With regular emptying of this bin this matter could be avoided. Online booking sometimes causes problems. The booking in system suchlike the Inverness Waterfront Premier Inn would be beneficial .

the staff were really friendly and checked us in asap even though we arrived two hours early! additional tea, coffee and milks no trouble and accomodation was very quiet

no phone in the room. room stat clicks and whirrs when room temp drops so suggest turning the temp setting as low as poss overnight, as this kept waking me during the first night. otherwise, very happy with stay

value for money was excellent. very comfortable and very clean. would definitely stay there again.

Location. 2-3 miles out of Dundee, beside a duel carriageway. Hopeless if you don't have a car.

It was Clean. Quite convenient for Dundee Centre. Friendly Staff. Great Breakfast.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly especially when my friends 3 year old boy was sick.Very helpful and understanding of the situation and did everything to makesure we enjoyed our stay.We would deffiantely stay again! :)
