Very pleasant staff, Comfortable bed and room, Breakfast very good, Overall a very nice stay, would recommend this hotel
Maybe a little expensive for the location.
The friendliness of the staff and the way the room was kept for our stay. I couldn't fault anything. The breakfast is great value for money and was served piping hot every time.
Food in the restaurant is very good.
Mattress on the single beds could be better
The staff. They were nice, accommodating and honest.
The room is dusty including the sheets.
Really comfortable beds and pillows.
No phone in room to contact reception
Reception and breakfast staff were nice and polite. Breakfast ok. Plenty parking.
Arrived at the stair entrance of the Premier Inn. When walking up the stairs the stench of dogs dirt was enough to make you sick it was disgusting every time we went in and out we could smell it, seemed to be coming from the bushes beside the steps. Our room was very disappointing. Not convinced this was a family room as the double bed and 2 single beds were all squashed together with no gaps except for the double it had a small space to walk up to. When we needed the toilet in the night we had to climb to the bottom of the bed get off and then climb back on again to get to the top. Room was smelly as though someone had been smoking in the room. I went to reception to ask if they had another room but no. I opened the window for some fresh air but only to greeted with the smell of food coming from the restaurant attached to the premier inn. Our room view was a wall and situated at the back of the building near the main road. We could hear and feel the fibrations of the trucks stopping and starting in the night. In all would not stop here again, or recommend.
Clean and comfortable
Only one set of towels in the bathroom. I asked for my fried egg at breakfast to be turned and yolk hard. It wasn't turned and yolk was runny. Couldn't eat it and didn't have time to return it.
Welcome from the Staff Comfortable room Enjoyable evening meal Good breakfast
Reception tried toi pacify me.
The quality of dinning facilities, bedroom linens, poor booking information etc
really everything, nice location .easy to find , staff friendly very clean, and great value
Once in the hotel it was quiet. Staff helpful and polite. I will stay here again.
The stomping feet above me kept me awake early hours of the morning.
The stay was great - clean rooms and very friendly staff. The restaurant staff were very friendly esp Tim who offered gluten free products and even offered to get some peanut butter for the kids - the restaurant staff were definitely going the extra mile which makes it all totally worth it.
Some noise early in the morning by kids - which I suppose cannot be complained in a family friendly place
The room was large, airy and very clean. The staff were very professional sand friendly . Breakfast was fabulous
bed really comfortable, better than mine at home!!. Staff helpful, breakfast lovely. Location was great as i was collecting family from the airport.
The Receptionist was very friendly helpful and so were the staff in the restaurant.
Convenient for my meeting the next day.
The furniture with everything you needed was very convenient ie kettle, hair dryer , alternative pillows etc.
The cot for our grandson was very creaky and disturbed your sleep.
Staff,Facilities,Restaurant all excellent! Loved the breakfast.
Attached to the hotel was a restaurant / pub that served food which was handy because we did not know the area, ideal for some basic pub food, food was ok. Room was adequate size and good value considering we are a family of two adults and three young toddlers
No room service. Room seemed a little bit dusty , ( made me sneeze) Not enough storage space to hang clothes , no drawers to tidy away clothes etc. No lift in hotel for guests
It was nice and easy for the motorway. Room and bathroom to a very high standard of cleanliness. this is the second time we have used this Premier Inn on our way South.
Disappointed with meals dinner/breakfast.
location in relation to wedding reception, friendly staff, bally good breakfast, good, clean room, quiet location of room, extra room fans in as it was so hot, major bonus point.
hotel was clean and tidy
the manager Tim was rude and created a problem for our family break
very friendly people at the reception
Very comfortable, clean and quiet
