Room was very very clean, cleanest hotel I have stayed in.

Rooms ok, cheap.

Staff in the neighbouring pub awful, forget breakfast!!

Sunday morning at 2:45 AM woken up by a drunken argument between guest police were called, breakfast hot food could be improved on would have liked to see help yourselve

staff nice and friendly,no hassle, meals on site were excellent,stopped overnight on our way to the cup final and definitely would do the same again

stopped overnight on our trip to Wembley.excellent service,breakfast and no hastle,also petrol station and Tesco supermarket on opposite corner so was able to fill up and buy refreshments at reasonable prices for our onward journey

Children over 15 not allowed to stay even though facilities would be adequate for all of us. This means that my family will no longer be able to afford to stay in future.

No organisation at breakfast, had to ask for juice, coffee and bread to be replenished, seating to close

Location from the m1 was ideal

The service in the restaurant was very poor, we waited for 45mins to be served breakfast, we had to leave for 9.30am and were still waiting to be served at 9.50 from 9.am. The waitress even served one of our breakfasts to another table. A member of our party ordered bacon with toast, this took 35minutes to be served, not impressed.

The staff were helpful and very pleasant. The room was very clean and well decorated.

Enjoyed the stay very much, rooms very comfortable, food good and not too expensive. Bit annoyed to see adverts all around the hotel advertising the rooms for £29 per night when I, who made the reservation months in advance paid £149 for two nights for my wife and myself and the same for my daughter and two children. With breakfast and evening dinner the two days cost in excess of £500.

The rooms were beautiful and clean which reflects on the housekeeping girls, everything was imacculate the beds were lovely and comfy, we had a 3 year old with us and nothing was a problem, will definitly be using this hotel again. Staff very friendly and bar staff looked after the kids with their pop refills. Thank you for a most enjoyable weekend and laura (bar staff) for helping with directions when my husband got lost on way back to hotel yours Chris Dunn.
