Basic clean facilities Arrived late evening and had to contend with a horrible darleck to check in. It took much longer than a human although there was one pleasant young man who helped us sort out the tecnology. Bring back humans especially ones withe a smiling face.

The one night stay was very comfortable and convenient. Sorry, had one complaint. The hot water in the shower and wash basin was tepid. Impossible to shower.

Staffs friendly attitude to there work and customers. Hot water in room did not work, reported to staff and they ran the water in both the rooms next to ours , then we had hot water. Stayed at this hotel at the same time last year and had the same problem. This may make people not return to this hotel.

Location only There was no hot water available on the first morning. I had to shower and shave in cold water. The response from pi staff was that the heating system was temperamental!

Good location for visiting my friend in Dunstable. I know that the rooms will be clean, spacious and comfortable and of a good standard. Work was being done to the Reception area which meant that people had to use a fire exist door. I came back to the hotel in the evenings, (between 9.00pm to 10.00pm and the door was wide open with no reception or security staff to be seen. I was worried about people just being able to walk into the hotel and having access to rooms who were not actually staying there. I did get a phone call before my journey to say work was being carried out and I did voice my concerns about security and was told that there would be someone there at all times. I did not see anyone by the door in the time that I stayed at the hotel (4 evenings). I did feel a little vulnerable and would have felt happier with the reception area being functional and someone on the desk at all times.

Could not fault the service received at the Premier Inn Dunstable South (A5). We often stay at Premier Inn Hotels but the staff at this hotel exceeded expectations. From the start of our 2 night stay to the end we had a warm welcome from all including the staff in the restaurant attached-they were all fantastic-We would definately stay here again.

The Pillows were uncomfortable and it was extremly cold. Because the heating is turned down during the day. Considering it was very cold outside this made our stay not very pleasant. the shower head ned descaling the water went everywhere
