spacious rooms freindly receptionist . beds really comfortable
checking in with a machine
Room was lovely and we had a great spacious area.
really hot in the room so had to use mini fan provided.
The comfortable bed, the well laid out room and the excellent breakfast.
There was nothing I didn't like - everything was good.
We really enjoyed our stay the staff were really nice we will stay again and we will tell friends and family about this hotel how food it is the breakfast was very good
Easy check in and out. Lovely clean room and beds very comfortable.
Staff in the restaurant were not as helpful as in the hotel. Also no bread left for breakfast, isn't this a basic?!
When we arrived adjacent restaurant was fully booked but very helpful receptionist guided us to an excellent alternative.
Cleanliness and comfort
No fridge or iron in room
Staff were remarkably friendly and helpful Really clean and comfortable
Wi-fi a bit fiddly to set up
Room was clean, modern and well appointed.
Room was too hot, no lighter duvet.
Comfy quiet room, very helpful staff, helped us with directions to Luton airport and our luggage up the stairs.
The staff were helpful and friendly the rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. It was a little difficult to find as off the normal roads, but we found it after a while.
- Comfy beds - Clean room - Friendly, helpful staff - Price was the cheapest available at short notice - I'd recommend only to people who aren't light sleepers.
- Road quite noisy, I'm quite a light sleeper so it woke me up pretty early as we had a room facing onto the road. Also planes go over pretty low to Luton Airport. - Cooked breakfast was poor for £8.25, bacon was like a wedge of hard rubber and overall quality of products was mediocre. I've had lots nicer breakfasts included for free in bog standard B&Bs.
friendly staff ,clean rooms ,no noise
When we arrived the staff on reception were very good and had us booked in and in our room within a matter of minutes.
Radiator didn't work which was a pain as it was a wet day.
Clean, fresh facilities. All needs catered for. Nice comfortable purple band on the bed! (according to my son)
Room a bit hot for sleeping in.
Warm welcome, spotlessly clean excellent food, julie manager at pub was lovely and her staff are a credit to her.
There was nothing to dislike, a very well run inn, always made very welcome.
Very pleasant staff. Worst at night shift :)
Walls too thin. I could hear all my neighbours. Very loud corridor floor. I could hear every person passing my room.
Friendly helpful staff very clean and excellent accommodation and will stay there again if in the area
Good dinner and breakfast. Excellent staff very helpful, spacious family room.
Location...it was not easy to find
Very friendly helpful staff
Room too hot
A friendly welcome and an incredibly comfy bed.
Could do with air conditioning in rooms. However a fan was provided.
Comfortable Premier Inn with free car parking. Hotel staff were helpful, particularly when loaning an umbrella to walk to the pub for breakfast.
Breakfast next door in a pub, what a shambles!! A short walk in the rain to the pub next door for breakfast. One member of staff asked us to wait whilst she prepared a table then another appeared immediately, took us to a table already prepared! then disappeared. After several minutes we went and got cereal, returned and ate that, then waited again. Nearly 20 minutes elapsed before a member of staff ambled over to take our order. We asked for Quorn sausages, sorry run out, we still hadn't been asked if we wanted tea or coffee, turns out you get it yourself, pity no one could be bothered to tell us. Good job it wasn't busy! Place needs management and organisation, urgently. One other thing scrap the automated check in, takes too long.
Every aspect was excelent
The staff in the Premier Inn were very friendly and welcoming. Excellent standard of cleanliness. Overall a great stay.
The table & table staff unfortunately let the hotel down. The service was attentive, however, they were clearly uncomfortable coping with a large number of customers. If you book the meal deal with your stay then make sure that you make a table reservation at the hotel before you go for your evening meal. I wasn't informed that this would be necessary when I arrived at the hotel and as a result had to wait one and a half hours to be seated.
