one of the pull out beds was uncomfortable for the ten year old ok for the six year old

Breakfast was super

The hotel is ideally located just minutes from the A1. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the pub next door was very welcoming.

Room layout and clean

Shower was pathetic design from your perspective not mine. Key feature that will put me off Premier inn

visit the area about 5 times a year family roots. A lovely place to unwind

the heating in the room was poor,had to ask for an extra heater .

Staff were so helpful and polite. Very child friendly as we had a lot of children with us.

There was a power cut, although I realise this was beyond the hotel's control, it meant we had to cancel our dinner reservation because we could not get ready in the dark

The pub next to it and the rooms where good size and clean

The vending machine not in working order (money lost,no notice on machine to inform the public )staff could not have cared less and offered no alternatives as to where to get snacks from .This small issue has put me off from staying in this particular hotel again although not the hotel chain .

Convenient location, restaurant on site.

Booking.com had messed up our booking. They had booked 3 of us into a room with only one bed made up! Luckily there was another room available tho' it was clearly rarely used and smelled of smoke. Not quite sure why staff are incapable of making up an unmade bed.

the room was cool and it wasnt very clear how to use the heater. There was no heat what so evercoming out of the heater. It didnt spoil our stay though.

There was nothing that warrants ant criricism

The man at reception gave us a knock when our booked taxi had arrived so we didn't miss it. Easy to check in and out. Not too far away from the city centre.

It was not too clear on website that it was infact a disability access room and we didn't need this. However the staff did offer to swap if it was more convenient.

nice room. excellent tv facilities. excellent wifi facilities. incredibly helpful, friendly staff. free car parking. close to city.

food in broomside could have been better/hotter service could have been faster.

It was pleasant and clean.

We did not have the camping cots which we ordered in the family room.
