Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Good food.
Cleanliness and helpful staff.
Beds too high also needs arm chair.
Excellent service from a very efficient staff, both within the Inn itself and the adjoining Table Table restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable, with good facilities, and the adjoining rooms and corridors quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. Breakfast at Table Table was a most pleasurable experience: quick, efficient service, with an excellent buffet style range of foodstuffs and drinks on offer, plus a full English breakfast; superior in many respects to other, more pricey traditional hotels we've stayed at recently. Excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and extemely efficient, with a high degree of teamwork evident; a credit to the company. All in all, A VERY PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE; friendly, helpful and efficient staff, good, clean facilities and a great breakfast too. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY; we wil certainly use Premier Inns again and would wholeheartedly recommend the experience to others.
Location, close to A1M and other traffic routes. Nice big, clean room with a good shower. Good choices for TV.
you can hear noise from next door. But neighbour was okay in this occasion.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
the restaurant next door had good food, clean
you had to pay for internet and the other guests were loud late at night
The location was near to the A1 and A690: perfect for Durham and getting to the surrounding area.. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable room. Tea and coffee in the room. The pub/restaurant was the best we have ever had at a Premier Inn. Not Cordon Bleu but tasty and fresh. Highly recommended.
Nothing: Premier Inn kniw wgat they are doing!
Friendliness of front of house staff Breakfast Restaurant next door
Missed getting the sheets (only discovered they were available the next morning) so were a bit too warm at night
Didn't sleep well, found the bed a little uncomfortable and the room very hot
Everything (apart from the weather) was excellent.
Everything up to usual Premier Inn standards leading to an enjoyable stay.
The noise factor!
clean, comfortable room
Location was purfect for visiting Durham and Beamish
Noise from the room above. Quilt too hot.
Rhona on reception was excellent
Friendly staff. good size room good location to explore the north east
wifi was a bit tricky to sign into
I like everything about the location
The staff went 'above and beyond' for us. I arrived too late for food with 2 hungry, grumpy children. The receptionist helped out with ordering a take-away etc and a potentially stressful situation was resolved.
Great location very close to Durham - and wonderful overall stay! Worked well for family of 4.
Friendly staff, cleanliness of room
The reception staff were extremely courteous and helpful.
Stayed here many times visiting our son at University. Always friendly staff, good clean comfortable accommodation and excellent breakfasts.
Clean, tidy. Quiet
I booked a triple room through booking.com by but when I arrived with my husband and Daughter, reception said it was a single room this was quickly rectified by staff but it altered the fee I was asked to pay, being £12 more. I was told I had to pay the higher price and the difference would go back into my account at a later date. This was really annoying and booking.com need to sort their booking system out. Hotel staff told me they had had other problems with booking.com.
Good comfortable hotel, standard 3-star accomodation
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and welcoming.
The double bed was a bit too hard, had a stiff neck from the pillows. Maybe the walls between roons could be more soundproof, could hear a person snoring from the wall opposite all night.
