Only complaint was the room was a bit cold! I stayed in room 34 ...don't know if it was just my room.
Location next to Wacky Warehouse for kids! Room and beds were top quality as was everything else. We have turned into loyal Premier Inn customers through consistently excellent service and quality. Well done!
Location off A1 ideal to break journey from Scotland.Stayed one night pleased with room no complaints.
did not enjoy evening meal. Breakfast good but only one person on duty left replenishing slow.
Very poor sound insulation between floors. Bad night's sleep.
We booked at last minute, with only three rooms left. The 2 of us were given a room for four so it was a nice size and we had lots of room. It was clean and comfortable just what we needed. The receptionist that greeted us was really friendly and made an effort to help us anyway she could. :)
We were on the ground floor, the corridors to the room are quiet zones. However, in the morning they weren't that quiet. It was either other guests or the cleaners making far too much noise in a quiet zone. - also in the ground floor room we could here people moving around upstairs with doors banging and general noise. Check out wasn't until 12pm and after a late night home we were looking forward to a lie in. Ask for a room upstairs.
you put me in a disabled room No 1 VERY VERY noisy Had no sleep all night
Cleanliness, quality of room.
None of note.
overall a very pleasant stay
service in restaurant a bit slow , décor a little tired
All staff including housekeeping and reception could not have been more helpful or pleasant. It was a really pleasant stay even though only one night .would definately stay again
Clean room and bathroom.
Staff very helpful and accommodating, nothing too much trouble.
Can always depend on Premier Inn to provide consistant standard of quality and value
Location is a bit isolated, but fine for a night stop-over.

Food at adjoining pub was very poor.
very clean and the hotel staff very nice and helpfull
the pub was not as clean the table could do with a good clean. food was ok breakfast was very good
Staff were very helpful and friendly
Comfy, quiet, clean, ideal location for me. Very helpful staff at Reception. Best price in the area.
Wifi broke down almost all my stay.. Restaurant disorganised - I left on two occasions without ordering because staff let people jump the queue at the bar.
We really enjoy staying here the staff are polite and friendly nothing is a problem we have stayed a few times and have loved it every time
We arrived later than expected , cold & wet but were greeted in a warm reception by a very friendly helpful young lady. The room was warm & clean, the lighting was reasonable ( many places it is poor) & we were very comfortable
Would have liked a second easy chair & possibly a bright centre ceiling light
So friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast freshly cooked and great choice.
Shower in bath. Needs shower seperate for less able
Room was big and airy, there was a bath which was much needed to ease my back after a poor night's sleep. Breakfast was very nice and plenty of choice too. The hotel were very good re my lack of a good night's sleep and said that they could provide matress toppers so I would re book with them again. So if you have a bad back too then ask for one to geta good nigh't sleep :-)
Bed was very uncomfortable hence the low rating. But the guarantee was honoured so I had a full refund.
Very friendly staff and good room.
Location on main road good for travelling Gretna Green pub offered good meal deals
