It was cozy and warm, clean and tidy with excellent receptionist staff
The location was good room was clean and staff were great
Bed too firm breakfast at the pub was poor and very cold in there
I enjoyed my stay, althow it was a short one.do it again if had to thank you very much.
Room facilities good Bed very comfortable
Buffet continental breakfast. Whilst a buffet is fine provided it is well maintained and serviced, this was not the case here. One morning, the coffee was virtually cold. The only marmalade on offer was Golden Shred, whilst the toaster burned one side of the bread leaving the other side virtually undone. To be charged over £6 for this was disgraceful. Get your act together!
Location excellent for my needs, staff welcoming and efficient, room clean.
Location of Premier Inn and helpfulness of staff
Bed in Easy Access Room was too small. Do feel that this type of room should have two large singles.
Excellent friendly staff Free parking on site Restaurant adjacent if required Comfy beds Quiet rooms Clean Fab
Staff were excellent very helpful and knowledgeable. Made the stay that bit extra.
Water pressure in the bathrooms was low, water saving or a poor system. Showers Ok, glad I didn't have to run a bath.
Convenient, good bed, good meal in pub
Bathmat too small and I slipped in the bath. Didn't know about wifi.
Booked this hotel with another couple as we were going to LIngfield races so thought we could have a drink and get a cab back to hotel. Its a 10 min taxi drive to race course so very convenient. As always room was very clean and bed very comfy. Had a lovely meal in the Star Inn pub adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast very good.
Lighting in room was bad. Didn't like the fact that when we got back to the hotel in the evening the tv in our room wasn't working although our friends in the room next door's was still working. Receptionist just said yes they'd had reports from another hotel that they were experiencing the same problems and said there was nothing he could do. Husband wasn't very happy as he likes to have the tv on to help him drift off to sleep!
We used this hotel as a one night stop over for gatwick, we could not fault it. The pub next door served very good food.
Generally the room was very good Clean, spacious, comfortable and welcoming. Very friendly and helpful Staff. Breakfast was was very good with a very wide choice. My wife and I would stay there again if the disabled bathroom facilities were to be refitted with shower facilities only.
Disabled bathing facilities very disappointing, basic and not very well thought out. My wife and indeed many disabled are unable to climb into a bath to shower. A walk in shower or wet room is the ideal facility. Also the hand rails are virtually useless. Missed breakfast due to not being informed of earlier times Mon to Fri.
Bed was comfortable, room was very clean, staff excellent
Every member of staff greeted us with a big smile and couldn't do enough for us. So well trained and motivated. Beds were super comfortable.
Breakfast was served in the Star Inn which was quite close but not as expected. The tables were not clean and we had to ask for hot water for tea and for marmalade as it had run out though the cooked breakfast was good. We had not expected a disability room and realised later that if there were no accompanying children the choice was a disability room - which we didn't like.
Good price location and facilties
Late breakfast an no other option for early check out guests
Staff very helpful. Light in room started to flicker Saturday morning, reported it and was fixed straight away while we out
Nothing to dislike
Beds , pillows,
Water taps hot & cold. No fridge No AC
Very Clean, very comfortable, excellent bed! Extremely helpful and friendly staff, especially the receptionist! Great cheery breakfast staff also. Breakfast selection was very good and every element was of good quality. Excellent value.
the lighting in the room was very poor, especially on a grey day. Not good for applying makeup before a wedding!! (according to my wife!)
Breakfast wasn't open till 8:10 when was told it opened at 8. We was in a rush which meant we couldn't enjoy our breakfast as much as we like! :-(
It was ideally situated for what we wanted as it was within easy distance of the race venue at Hever Castle
The quilt was too thick, it was a choice of either a very thick quilt or a simple sheet
Lubacia - is the best person at the hotel! She helped us at any questions! Thank a lot for her help
Choice of pillows and bed covering. Plenty of space, and room controlled heating, plus being able to have the window open, great!
No lift -which with policy to place single female travellers upstairs, however I was offered a room downstairs which I gratefully accepted.
The breakfasts which were included were excellent. They even gave us bacon sandwiches to take for a picnic. Staff very helpful.
Lack of free wifi in the rooms. We had that in the hotel we stayed in before that. In this day and age people have come to expect it.
Clean well appointed rooms with all necessary facilities. Beds very comfortable. Our room faced the road and car park but was still quiet. Breakfast was first class. A great nights stay for the price.
