Clean well appointed rooms with all necessary facilities. Beds very comfortable. Our room faced the road and car park but was still quiet. Breakfast was first class. A great nights stay for the price.

All the staff were very accommodating within the hotel! Free parking, comfortable beds!

One of the staff in the pub where breakfast was served was rude and had an attitude, as if she didn't want to be there, everyone has problems but don't take them to work!!!

The cleanliness and the lack of fuss at check in and check out. All very easy.

The television was so quiet that I had to sit by it rather than relaxing in bed. This is probably so that one guest can't disturb others but perhaps thought given to soundproofing at the outset of building new hotels might be a good idea. At the price I paid for two nights I feel most hotels would provide a complimentary breakfast.

Room generally clean on arrival. Check in and out very easy. Lenny was right and the bed was comfy. Good location and parking available.

Room very hot, thermostat read 28oC for duration of stay. Fan was provided but did little to help. Room only had 3 plug sockets, one had kettle, one for TV and one for the fan. Outdated decor in room and throughout hotel.

The hotel is cited very centrally, easy to find, and is next door to an Inn that did quite good food,

When we opened the bedroom door we were immediately hit by the smell of stagnant cigarette smoke, we did notify the receptionist, who promised to send someone in with a spray, but when we returned later in the evening, it still smelled the same, this made it very uncomfortable during the night, especially as my wife is an astma sufferer.we also had quite a few noisy people coming in very late, laughing and shouting, although we can't blame the hotel for this, they did have several notices around asking people to be quiet.

Bed lovely, best nights sleep in ages.

Shower, bathroom. Shower was very poor not nice and strong water. For older people like us difficult in climbing into bath for shower. Very stuffy room.

The pre arrival welcome was fantastic. The organising of a selected area for my room was very useful, as I had a very early start. The freindlyness of the staff was great.

The cost is not massive, however, it has started to exceed company budget, which will limit me using these hotels as much as I would like.

Arrived at 10pm ,24 hour staff on desk, staff were friendly. Room a good size, quiet, comfortable, looked nice. Parking was good.Easy to find Premier Inn , good location for getting to. Not so good if you wanted to walk into town as 30 min walk down a main road.

Pub next to Pub next to Premier Inn (location for breakfast)Star Inn Pub- Staff a bit unfriendly and not that helpful. We popped in at 10.45pm for drinks , which were very good. We decided to have breakfast in town the next day. In room, vent in bathroom would not turn off- got staff on desk to sort it out. Luckily it was fixed. (However there is a money back guarantee if you don't get a good nights sleep due to noise etc)

Friendliness and welcome and professionalism of staff.

£93.00 for basic room not including breakfast. Whitbread are not doing themselves a favour especially as standard of restaurant next door needs improving.

Having stayed in many of your hotels over the years, I know what you get for your money and I am always satisfied, and have, usually no complaints. Good value.

Spacious room. Very clean. Well-equipped. We asked for a quiet room and, considering the busy location, they did their best to provide one.

It's a very busy location and at a noisy road junction. But it's only 9 miles from Gatwick and the whole area is in an uproar...
