Easy to find, parking, clean

Having to walk next door for breakfast - could not see a sign to have it delivered. Not the worst thing in the world

Reception staff on arrival was excellent

Extremely friendly staff. The rooms were well equipped, clean and very comfortable.

breakfast service and food was NOT good here... very disappointed. the pub that provided the service really let the premier inn down!!

No character

In this visit we encountered a disrupted sleep due to a couple having multiple domestic issues during the night shift receptionist "Carl" of which he had repeatedly advised the couple concerned to be quieter and thoughtful for the other clients of premier inn. Unexpectingly our booking fee was refunded.

Nothing to not like..Thank you for your hospitality. And please thank Carl for his professionalism.

Bed Pillows Consistency

Only two tea bags a day in room. Extras provided on request.

The attached pub/restaurant very poor on all fronts.

Staff Named 'Nuno' who cleared snow/ice from huge car park and paths against unimaginable odds.

Toaster took 5 runs to grill bread. Repaired after 3 days. Small item which sticks out because of perfection everywhere else

Location for my requirements

As always with Premier Inns shower is of poor performance. Extremely low flow/pressure.

Countryside location. Star Inn served good food and a nice old pub. Breakfast excellent.

If you don't like planes, it's under Gatwick flight path.

Excellent customer service booked family room had to call us to confirm we had children.

Cost of breakfast. Used local Cafe at less than half price.

The reception staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We get what we expect at Premier and it suits our purpose most of the time when we are wanting to eb near an airpost pre travel.

It is all OK - minimla frills but then it is good value

No bath mat readily available, though if we had been more organised we could have obtained one from reception

The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff both at check in and check out were very friendly.

Had to go next door for food. Although a very short walk the weather was snowing and once you had checked in wasn't much fun going out again!!! I appreciate you don't have any control over the weather!!!

Rooms on the roadside can be noisy!

The staff were genuinely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even if you asked them a question several times over. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. It was also quiet and we had a very restful sleep. Breakfast was teamed up with the Pub next door who provided equally friendly service with good food. Parking was available on site and the location was perfect.

I have requested a full refund from Receptionist (Debbie/Diana) because we were told an incorrect time for breakfast and we missed it. The Star Inn had weekday timings for 31/12/12, hotel reception had weekend timings so we missed breakfast by 15 minutes. We were told very shortly (and witnessed by other residents) that we couldn't have anything because the servery was closed - we weren't even offered tea and coffee, we also had a 5year old with us. This wasn't a great start to 2012 New Year's Eve - we were on the way to my son's wedding too. So a full refund as agreed by the Premier Inn East Grinstead wanted Receptionist at 0930 31/12/12 please.
