Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Guests at the hotel in the were swearing in the bar/restaurant in the presence of my mother! I would definitely not stop at a Premier Inn again based on this unpleasant expreince. |

Clean room, easy to find. Breakfast was rather disorganised; food items kept running out and hotel guests had to keep advising the staff they were out. They need to keep on top of this a bit more as it came across rather unprofessional. |

The Premier Inn ticked all the boxes for us. It offered value for money. It had a bar and good range of food which was not expensive. The breakfast was superb and the staff were extremely polite and hospitable. Will definately use this hotel chain again. |

The room was clean and had good facilities. The desk staff when we arrived were polite and helpful. The breakfast was not a good experience. The service was very poor. I had to ask three times for various pieces of crockery. Also, we had a very long wait for our cooked breakfast which when it finally arrived was adequate, although we were told that one of the items ordered was ' sold out'. Also, the general ambience in the breakfast room was stressful, the radio was too loud and too aggressive which contributed to my wife and I wanting to eat up quickly and leave. |

The beds are so comfy! The flashing led lights on the fire alarm and Air conditioning! Also the red led on tv could not sleep and when complained in the morning they stood by their refund policy and gave me a full refund! Excellent service this however should not put people off as they explained the lights can be switched off at the wall just no sign telling you this! |
