La posizione: è ottimo per chi deve viaggiare al mattino presto perché l'aeroporto è vicinissimo

Il check in è stato un po' lungo.

il sistema di riscaldamento non perfettamente funzionante

Stanza bellissima e pulitissima, posizione a 3 minuti di taxi e a 5 di bus dall'aeroporto di East Middlans. Very nice and clean room. Just 3 minutes by taxi from East Midlands airport, and 5 by bus

The fact that there was a restaurant and bar on site. The staff were very efficient.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had an early morning flight and the gentleman on the front desk was really friendly and got us coffees to take with us.

A pleasant, functional airport hotel with good facilities, comfortable rooms, capable staff and a good restaurant.

Can't think of anything as I was only there for one night.

fans in the bathrooms seemed to be on for A long time after switching light off and are rather noisy

The team were fanrtastic on the night really putting us at the centre of what they do. Katie, Sally, Aaron and Rachel were on duty and made our stay.

It is not in walking distance to the airport. If you have luggage to carry, a 15 minutes walk is a bit too far.

The staff were friendly, the restaurant was good value for money. Also used the car park - at £5 per day, was good value. We had an early flight from East Midlands, so this was a quick overnight stay, good value for money.

Taxi to the airport was expensive! So we walked to the hotel when we came back. We would use the hotel again, however the thistle was much closer, so we'll have to check on price next time.

Great location for airport. Clean well furnished rooms with bar and restaurant on site. It just does what it says - hotel close to airport and M1!

Shower over bath. Would much prefer just a shower but that's my preference

Very pleasant welcome, good fish for evening meal and best breakfast choice for years!

When I arrived it was a bit far out from nottingham as my grandchildren where going to a concert and the lady behind the desk tryed to move us nearer but it was full they were lovely and friendly so I was more than happy we stayed there

Restaurant is a bit pricey and with nothing else around it you have no choice but to pay it
