Good location when spending an evening in Bexhill. Breakfast was good in adjoining restaurant.
Noise from family room upstairs from us during the night.
Daytime staff lovely
The night time reception guy who shouted at us as we arrived from a night out and then followed us through the hotel, making more noise than us as he shushed us all the way. We both thought he was over the top and out of order as we went straight to our room to bed as long had a 7 hour drive home the following day.
Disabled facilities. Low toilet. Low bed. Bath not shower. Room too hot. All very well saying refurbishment is imminent but that doesn't help now. These disabled rooms have been like this for years. Don't you want or care about the disabled? And all that for a very expensive "deal"?
Clean, bed great, breakfast excellent
A bit noisy from traffic
Noise of fan in bathroom. No way to turn it off.
Friendly, accommodating staff - nothing too much trouble.
Adjacent pub - feel it needs a bit of a re-furb and they couldn't fit us in for our evening meal ended up at McDonalds, which was disappointing.
Breakfasts are served in an adjoining pub with sticky furniture, cobwebs hanging from the lighting and grotty beer-stained carpets. On busy road so noisy from about 6 a.m. with traffic and seagulls. Needs updating to standard of other Premier Inns we have used.
Very helpfull friendly staff. Comfy stay, no pressure.
Didnt think much of the resturant opp. Breakfast very disappointing and service very slow.
Bar/restaurant/reception staff attentive and a credit to you.
noise nuisance : because of the wooden building structure and the clients upstairs to us. Pub/restaurant full of loud people just drinking plus dirty/unclean tables everywhere. chaotic at busy times.
The staff were really friendly and helpful on checking in.
I found the bed uncomfortable but it was okay for my husband. The bathroom could have been cleaner I did not appreciate finding dust all over the floor. It would be nice in a family room to be able to section an area for sleeping, being in the dark with no tv to watch from 7.30 cause the kids were sleeping was not fun. The restaurant next door was okay for food but not brilliant.
Nice bed and bathroom and room ok
Room.service we got a note to say that towels will be changed every day ours were not. Bins would be emptied ours were not.
I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and I have loved my stay each time. The staff are friendly and always smiling and are there if they are needed. The hotel and the rooms and always clean and tidy and I have never had a problem when staying there.
Staff very helpfull and professional. Forgot her name but whoever was on duty at 6 on arrival day merits a thankyou
BathRoom looking a bit shabby around edges (mouldy grout and damp marks on walls room 5) and bed not as comfortable as telly add but these are just a bit picky because you asked
The actual hotel was fine, basic and clean just what you expected for the price.
The pub next door where the breakfast was served was dirty and run down, not enough staff on for the breakfast although they were great and worked really hard !
The hotel was good, staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean . location good for touring Eatbourne, Brighton area
The Old Mill ( Fayre and Square) adjacent to the hotel and used for meals was disappointing. We are used to Beefeater and Table Table in our area, and these are mainly very good, especially Table Table. The Old Mill was tired, sticky/greasy tables, menus and bar tops. The place looked tired and in need of a refurb. The clientèle were not the greatest! The staff were very pleasant though and the food was not too bad, albeit low end pub grub.
On-site parking, good location, just a few minutes drive from the seafront. The staff were all very helpful, both at Premier Inn and at the 'Fayre & Square' next door, where we had our meals.
We were at the back which is very near a busy road, and with the windows open because it was so warm, we had a rather noisy night. Summer duvets would also have been appreciated. My husband would have preferred a flatter pillow, which unfortunately they could not provide, so will take his own next time.
Excellent - love Premier Inns much better than travelodge
Staff Comfort Cleanliness
Location. Very Noisy road beside my room Heard every movement of guests in room above. Floors must be wafer thin. Pub adjacent, location for breakfasts and meals....very tired, a bit smelly and needs a facelift.
No aircon rooms to hot!!
Very friendly staff on reception. Very comfortable rooms. Would stay again.
It was a bit out of the way but not a major problem. Could do with more tea/coffee in the room. There was only one each for both of us. Was quite expensive, but that's probably down to the time of year.
Staff very friendly, nice and clean good value for money.
Old building, no air conditioning. The room had a fan but we couldn't leave the window open at night because we were on the ground floor.
Bed comfortable Nice bathroom Clean and tidy
There were not a lot of those extra touches that you get in some hotels There was no air conditioning so the room was very hot at night and you cant keep the fan on all night We also rated the restaurant poor with no real healthy choices and the restaurant was shabby plus we got a cheaper breakfast at the Toby Carvery
Very comfy beds rooms at premier inns are always comfortable and clean
One day we were not given any towels at all and we had not back to the room until 11.45pm but the chap on the desk kindly got us some. Also if we stayed there again we would ask for a 1st floor room so we could not hear people walking about early in a morning .
Our 2nd stay at a Premier In and once again we have nothing we didn't like, as we just stayed here for one night
Bed very comfortable
Disability facilities in bathroom a bit over the top, whilst forgetting the needs within the room itself
