We find that the breakfast whilst good is not value for money. We would have liked to have the breakfast but decided to have one at the Local Sainsbury's which is 40% cheaper. Its not the money at the end of the day its the princible that most hotels offer the room with Breakfast included.
Everything fine. No problems.
Bed comfort - mattress and quality of sheets
Paying for wi-fi - sort it out Premier Inn, it is free virtually everywhere else! Room price
Lovely room, comfortable bed. plenty of pillows, Lovely staff.
Bit to warm in the room
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Lack of cupboard space with drawers.
The bed and room was very comfortable
The room overheated in the night
Friendly reception. Fast cheap wifi and good breakfast.
Not much room between desk and bed. Keep having to move chair to get past. Very noisy extractor fan in bathroom.
The staff went out of their way to put different bedding on when we said that we were too hot.
The armchairs were too low for me as I am disabled had trouble getting out of them.Perhaps a cushion on them would have helped
Lovely staff, very helpful, clean and tidy, can't fault cleanisness.
Smells of sewage, damp lose flooring, no bathroom main light, only 2 electric sockets, one for TV, one for kettle, not good. Need more sockets for night time breathing machine, charge up phone and iPad, hair dryer, hair tonges etc.
Staff friendly and helpful Clean room
Paying for WiFi No Toilet brush Had a problem turning the heating down, should have asked, bit too hot for us, don't like to waste by opening windows.
The staff were friendly. The associated restaurant was close enough and had a good selection of food. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful.
The staff did not find an item we definitely left in the room. The double bed was narrow. The restaurant had appalling coffee at breakfast, and did not know how to make the coffee differently. When the bathroom light was on, the fan was also so. The fan had a very irritating high pitched continuous whine which disturbed the other person in the room, as well as the person using the bathroom.
Restaurant was only a short walk away.
The room temperature was quite hot especially with 4 people in a room only option was fan at that was noisy with young children. Beds were not made up in advance and I spent some time trying to sort it out before asking receptionist who was very helpfull
Staff, excellent as expected. The room was great.
The Restaurant facilities were a let down. The standard was low. The cleanliness was bad. Sticky tables, bar area and floor. Very disappointed.
Friendly & helpful staff. Excellent bed giving a good nights sleep. Restaurant menu good & prices reasonable.
Room was clean and facilities were good. Nice power shower.
Room was too warm, duvet had too high tog for room temp. Unable to cool room without opening the window. Not enough plug sockets. Woken at 3am on first night by crazy person shouting in the car park. receptionist sent us to the wrong bus stop for trip into Eastbourne.
Excellent staff - couldn't be any more helpful
Some mould around windows - perhaps needs a fresh lick of paint, but nothing major - generally very clean
Consistency of Premier Inn
Room was far too hot, even with the heating off. Very stuffy in the night.
The food at the pub and the service at the pub were very poor and the food was not cooked properly
Travelling from Australia, we have stayed on several occasions. We are always happy with the staff, the facilities, the area, and the car parking. Its a great place for value for money. We would recommend it any time..
Good location when spending an evening in Bexhill. Breakfast was good in adjoining restaurant.
Noise from family room upstairs from us during the night.
Daytime staff lovely
The night time reception guy who shouted at us as we arrived from a night out and then followed us through the hotel, making more noise than us as he shushed us all the way. We both thought he was over the top and out of order as we went straight to our room to bed as long had a 7 hour drive home the following day.
Service in the hotel was excellent. Very clean. The duvet was of a much higher tog than we are used to, but we were provided with an extra sheet to cure this.
Unfortunately, the Fayre and Square pub and restaurant was barely adequate in food and cleanliness. It also produced a lot of noisy punters who hung around in the car park after closing time being very loud for a long time.
Disabled facilities. Low toilet. Low bed. Bath not shower. Room too hot. All very well saying refurbishment is imminent but that doesn't help now. These disabled rooms have been like this for years. Don't you want or care about the disabled? And all that for a very expensive "deal"?
Location was good, handy to have restaurant next door, hotel very clean and tidy and staff very polite and helpful
Car park was a little scruffy, and it would have been nice to have had more tea and coffee in the room.
