Hotel was clean and comfortable.

The Mill pub/restaurant, whilst a beautiful building, was very tired inside, felt unclean and was a real disappointment (except for the staff, who were very keen to please).

Fine value for money and close to restuarant. Ideal for business in Eastbourne

The main thing that stood out was the quality of the staff. A Hungarian lady who worked at the desk had the attitude and helpfulness as if she was working in a five star hotel. Friendly and proffessional.

The room was a good size even for 2 adults a child and a teenager. Beds were very comfortable and room was cleaned to a high standard. Shower was hot and had good pressure. The fact that when 2 adults bought breakfast kids ate free was excellent value for money.

The room was a little cold at times although you could alter the temperature, even at maximum the room still felt cold. It was a very cold weekend though for Easter.

Easy to find, all facilities needed were available. The standard of accommodation lived up to expectations.

Better choice of food would be good at the affiliated restaurant as would the level of cleanliness

To be emailed a 50% off food voucher for use at the hotel, on completion of booking 2 rooms on-line,which,when presented to the restaurant on payment of the bill, to be told it did not apply to that hotel ! I request an explanation

The welcome we received on arrival, Cleanliness of the room. Price and quality of food in adjoining pub.

Room was not very warm even with heater on full. The thermostat clicked every 5 minutes up until 11pm, preventing me getting to sleep then keeping me awake waiting for it to happen. No phone in the room.

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Rooms very very very clean and the check-out time of 12noon very much needed after a late wedding reception, especially when travelling with three teenagers. Their family room was very spacious. Very low noise level as well.

It was a very nice Premier Inn, very clean ans excellent for seeing the nearby towns. Very quiet spot at night.

Would prefer the Newhaven one as we were catching the 8am ferry.

The room was too warm, 25deg, the fan was too noisy, The other residents could be heard walking about and the price was £77. What do we have to do to get a £29 room?
