Staff very helpful. Room and restaurant good value.
Cleanliness, comfort, location, the nice chap overlooking the new, impersonal check-in machine
Automated check-in system
- Quiet - Close to the airport - Good parking opportunities (free)
- Breakfast could be more extensive - Only free wifi for 30 minutes
Staff were very helpful and polite Hotel was to a very high standard. Food and breakfast was first class.
Car park was poorly lit and not secure, my car was damaged by careless and inconsiderate driver leaving in a hurry. No feed back from security cameras.
Modern, professional business hotel.
staff very helpfull Food good quality
creaking floor boards above
the price is very expensive
The normal Premier Inn standards.
Its location. Not signposted in any way that I could see.
New facilities very high standard, easy check in. Friendly helpful staff
Friendly welcome. Beautiful clean rooms as well as a really nice looking restaurant
Convenient for Edinburgh airport.
Slightly awkward to find.
We liked watching the planes fly over, staff were brilliant. Bus service to town at end of road.
There was nothing we did not like.
Staff were polite and attentive Room was clean and comfortable Best of all was the restaurant which was excellent. The food was lovely and I was served the best merlot wine I have ever consumed.
staff dealt with my only problem quickly and generously
The beds were cozy, you get a choice of pillows and airco. Room was near to the highway, but still quiet when the windows were closed. Good resting
Despite being named Premier Inn Edinburgh Airport, getting there without a cab is pretty difficult since the next bus stop is 5-10 minutes away and the airport entrence is probably more than half an hour walk if you have luggage
Very comfortable rooms and beds
Internet access was appalling Had to ask several times to several members of staff to get some soap
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and was buffet-style.
I was placed in a disabled room that had – bizarrely – a super-slippery bath tub. I fell in the shower and scraped my knee badly on the bar inside the tub intended to help people have access. It seems strange to me that a room designed for people with disabilities would have such a slippery tub. I never fall, neither in tubs nor elsewhere, so it was definitely the slippery, sloping surface of the tub's bottom. No non-skid pads or other similar devices were provided. Otherwise, though, the room, was very well designed for a wheelchair user.
comfort cleanliness staff restaurant location price
No shuttle for the airport
Ease of use. Clean room, optional pillows
Crowded eating area, price of accommodation was expensive for a very basic room
Size and comfort of room, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, proximity to airport. Slept well there even though I only had about five hours to sleep.
No airport shuttle.
Clean hotel, good on site restaurant and bar, helpful staff, good free parking
Tricky to find - GPS confusing. Too far to walk to park and ride / tram site at ingleston.
Always good service and friendly staff at Premier Inns and reasonable price, good food and breakfast. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Pillows lumpy despite asking for a "Soft Pillow" in advance. Asked to be near the lift but we were in the furthest room from the lift so what was the point in rmaking a request as it was totally ignored. I asked about the pillows and was told that the ones in our room WERE new and soft - however, obviously my SOFT is different from another person's SOFT ! Oh well, you can't win them all but I didn't sleep well that night so it was a bit disappointing.
Trying to book in after reserving online, paying by cash only to be told that I needed id to pay by cash,we were out for a day and an overnight stay so did not have any id with us they were looking for a passport, driving licence or 2 utility bills after 40 mins got booked in only because my daughter had her provisional with her or we would have been sleeping on the street that night.
Premier inns are always a pleasure to stay in, this was our first stay in this one and seemed newer than ones we've previously stayed in, helpful friendly staff, very comfy and clean, secure, great food, plenty sockets and mirrors and in the right places, plenty car parking. Had a fab time.
That we'd only booked in for one night ;-)
