The staff were really helpful and the motel modern and clean
Pillows not great
Staff were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Location was good. Breakfast was very good with a good choice. Room was clean and tidy although there were issues with our room.
Lifts that worked were very slow . Went to the restaurant the first night and there were no seats available. Bed was very hard and had to ask for a duvet to put under the sheet so it was more comfortable.
It had everything I needed and was quiet and comfortable
Just a bit further out of centre than I'd have liked and the area felt a bit rundown so I felt I needed a taxi to return late evening on my own. A bit bare and basic reception area.
Clean, modern, spacious. Great location close to Railway and small convenience stores. Welcoming cosmopolitan feel.
Accepting it was the games it was very expensive. Room tended to be hot. Limited air con was not great.
Good location, comfortable & basic, clean & friendly staff. Convienent parking facilities & not a far walk to city attractions.
Cool in restaurant & bar area, very busy with coach parties. Prob due to high season.
Premier always provides everything you could want or need
Paying for wifi
The Location The Breakfast The Dining Room for Breakfast The Staff Parking Facilities
The Beds of the Children Room was bit small for four persons The Shower was fixed and could not be removed
Friendly staff Spotlessly clean Good restaurant service and enjoyable food
Everything was excellent! Staff were great, helpful and friendly even towards our 3tr old. Food was great, excellent value for money on the meal deal, breakfast had a massive choice! Room was clean and tidy, large enough for family of 3.
Great choice of breakfast. Comfy bed
No early check in
Near tram stop for quick trip to airport and easy walk to Princess Street and main activities in Edinburgh.
HUGE hotel with limited number of elevators with two broken for two days. Very slow and very long lines.
Location - excellent for all we wanted to see, but away from the hustle and bustle in the evening which was quiet for the children sleeping.
That there was no air conditioning and the fourth bed was extremely uncomfortable.
The hotel was about 1/2 hour walk from main centre so nice and quiet at night, room clean, tidy, basic. Breakfast excellent value. Just few small issues - air cooling in room didn't work so very hot at night even though opened window and had fan on & toilet didn't flush properly. Staff very friendly and helpful - would go back and recommend to friends.
Sorry put this in above - air cooling system didn't work so room very hit at night even though window and fan on - too hot with duvet but too cold with just a sheet - and toilet didn't flush properly - also did ask for green tea but just got normal tea.
Premier inn was excellent in every way we booked in and was asked about breakfast during our visit. We paid for 4 days breakfast and off we set. Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice, hot and staff were perfect nothing was to much trouble would stay there again no problem Thank you to all of you.
Room was clean and location central. Staff very friendly too!
Cleanliness in breakfast room was rather poor with regards to cutlery, plates and chairs. Also no table or stand for luggage, keeping luggages on the floor was rather uncomfortable!
staff very pleasant and helpful .good breakfast.clean
expensive due to tattoo.one lift not working, other slow and creaky
The staff were really excellent. Premier Inns usually have good staff but we felt they were particularly good here, and at such a busy time. Despite being on the road side on the ground floor, it was surprisingly quiet. Very near the station.
The building is a bit shabby and could do with an update.
staff were excellent
cost of a double room with no breakfast so my recommendation would be yes if you can not find any thing else
The food was excellent! Rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable.
The furniture in the bar area should be reupholstered.
Very good food .Excellent staff
Double beds to small dirty carpet .Had to have the toilet cistern handle mended twice in one day
The staff overall were great. The room was clean and very comfortable.
Even though the breakfast was very nice I think it was a bit over priced for what you could actually eat
Staff we're very helpful and friendly For us the location was ok but a little out of the city for older people
Pillows for me were awful and I struggled to sleep but the room and bed were great and my wife slept well
The hotel was well staffed. The staff were so friendly and efficient. The bar on site for a relaxing drink after a day in the City. The room was the usual Premier Inn standard, you know what you are getting
The bed was a bit too soft and springy
