Vicinity to the Edinburgh International Conference Centre which is ideal for those coming without their own car, as well as for all those Europeans who find it difficult to drive their cars on the left side of the road. The ground floor bar-restaurant offers a very cosy and relaxing atmosphere and the breakfast service is very good. The whole hotel is no-smoking area. |

Pillows and duvet!! Fantastic - Lovely comfortable bed - very clean and a nice clean smell - not just of Febreeze! Great checking in staff, nice bar and friendly barman. Paying car park fees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!- !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also I booked 2 nights at £75 a night, then cancelled second night on arrival - then saw the room - loved it - and decided to re-book 10 minutes later and was charged £91! We werent leaving the room - no change of beds etc! Very disappointed - spoiled my stay |

Excellent service from staff, convenient for city centre and railway station, good standard of accommodation. Premier Inn toasters are rubbish - toast is either simply warm bread or it resembles something that remains after a nuclear war!! |

Good location, clean and comfortable. I was given the wrong times for breakfast and missed it even though I'd paid in advance. No refund although I wasn't charged for parking which is normally £8. |

LOcation was good close to train station and city centre The fact that room service could not be delivered to your room. And also that there was only one iron and ironing board between all guests....this was a bit ridiculous. |

The hotel is well located for the city centre. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet provided excellent value for money. There is also limited parking for vehicles at the rear of the Hotel and a pay/display car park opposite. Would recommend this Hotel. |

The location is excellent, walking distance to all main attractions. Rooms are modern and pretty spacious. There were some stains on the bathtub, the sink wasn't very clean and the cleaning lady didn't pass by on Sunday to fix the room. |

Great location for city. Spacious and clean room. Quiet - no noise from guests or street. Friendly, caring reception and dining staff. Good breakfast - good quality food and lots of it (didn't have other meals there). Our cases were held secure before we were able to get into our rooms and after we checked out. A great all-round hotel. |

Close to rail station and easy acces to city shower not working in our room, No.526. Doors slamming late at night and people talking loudly ignoring notices which are clearly posted but only on doors in corridor.It would be a good idea to post notices on the room doors. |

staff were very friendly toward me, quite suprising me being an englishman!!!, my room was very clean & tidy, the hotel was ideally located in the city aswell. i didnt like the fact that the tv onlyn had 4 channels yet it said it was fitted with free view, i followed the instructions on the info card in the room but this still didnt work, i persevered but was very frustrating |

I thought the price was to high , as we stay in premier inns quite a lot and dont pay these prices. We used the inn because of the location . also £8 for parking on top of the price makes it an expensive night out. The parking should be free if you are staying in the hotel. |
