Affordable central accomodation It was disappointing that I had booked a double room but was given two beds pushed together with an uncomfortable ridge in the middle.

Excellent Hotel, comfortable bed and room facilities good. Staff were very helpful and security is very good. There was a good selection for breakfast and serves till 11.30 at the weekend, great if you have a late night and 10.30 Monday to Friday. This was my first stay in a premier Inn I was shocked after speaking to the Manager that it is a Budget Hotel and has no stars. I will definitley stay in a Premier Inn again. There is nothing I did not like

Great big comfy bed, clean comfortable room, good powerful shower, great breakfast and near the tour bus stop. Single supplement was high. Too much traffic noise outside as I was facing the street.

Good location, decent breakfast, clean and spacious room. Only 2 plug sockets in room (one of which was for TV)- not a lot for a couple with phones, laptop, camera etc- we wanted to use the fan and the TV, but also had things to charge. The room was also quite noisy at night - would benefit from double/ triple glazing.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were adequate, comfy and clean. This hotel was well located in the city. It was easy walking to get to most touristy locations in the city. There was public transport, buses located outside the hotel. The bus terminal and train station was a short walk away.

We we very impressed with the lady with red hair on reception she was brillant and extemely helpful. She recommended various resturants and attractions for us to visiteven booking resturant reservations for us. The only complaint was that are bed was two singles pushed together at different heights which was uncomfortable and the beds were extremely hard. Otherwise we were very happy and impressed and thoroughly enjoyed are stay. Thank you As I said before the double bed was two singles pushed together and they were not the same height so it was very uncomfortable and the beds were hard.

As usual, the Premier Inn brand has lived up to its name. My daughter and I only stay at Premier Inns, and have never ever found a problem with any of the hotels we have stayed in. They certainly have the best staff I have ever encountered, the rooms always spotlessly clean, and very comfortable.

Near city center No fridge and ironing board. Rooms cleaned in a hurry as such many things are left such as filling of soap dispenser which looks not to complain but in a shower with no soap then you feel like shouting.

Friendly staff and reasonable bar prices and excelent catering .Only complaint is where are all these £29.00 rooms you keep advertising as I have stayed in Premier inns in York,Edinburgh,Chester and never yet managed to find one of these priced rooms. No problems with this hotel as I have stayed there several occasions.

Nice big room with a comfy bed and great shower Wasn't expecting it to be as far out as when it says central I was thinking further down but enjoyed the walk! The full brekkie being in Scotland could have and should have included potato scone, black pudding, fruit pudding, square sausage, hash browns! Was quite disappointed with the choice for the price!
