Location. Clean room. WiFi available. Parking near by.
WiFi wasn't free.
Used towel left in bathroom Beds at different heights Delivery lorries at 6.15am Noise from next door hotel staff
The hotel is near The Grassmarket and Edinburgh Castle, so it's well placed for all the attractions. It's also a little bit away from The Royal Mile, so it was peaceful which was good after a long days sight seeing! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The Premier Inn also stored our bags for us afyer check out, so we could spend some more time doing tourist things :) All in all, a very nice stay!
It's very close to all the attractions in Edinburgh
Was good location for usher hall
Friendly reception, comfortable room with everything that we needed!
No problems at all.
Location, room size and staff
Comfort and cleanliness of the room. The hotel was well-situated. Very friendly staff. Bar and restaurant in hotel.
No possibility of having a small breakfast. I had to pay over £6 and only ate a croissant and a piece of toast. It is, however, good value for big eaters.
The staff was very cooperative and nice nice place to live, near to City Centre and Edinburgh International conference Centre. Room was very tidy and neat. also, a small pedestal fan was there
WHEN BOOKING COULDN'T UNDERSTAND ABOUT PARKING, HAVE TO PARK IN THE CAR PARK AT RIGO STREET (PRINCESS CAR PARK), THEY STILL GIVE 20% DISCOUNT ON THE PARKING CHARGES. nICE BUT STILL EXPENSIVE
Friendly and helpful staff Great food Huge comfy bed Central location
Quiet bedroom with views over the city. 100yds from student facilities and central for shopping. Friendly welcome and good advice.
Room a little on the warm side, tried the thermostat without effect.
Very clean, comfortable bed
Asked for a quiet room but very noisy outside. Temperature in the room was 25 degrees (!) and when I commented on this to the staff the next morning and how this had also kept me awake, they only commented that I should have asked for a sheet instead of a duvet (too warm for either!) and that they would soon have air conditioning installed so my next visit should be better. No refund for bad night's sleep. Will not be back for next visit.
Our son's bed actually was a cot. The premiere inn in glasgow gave him a real bed, so he wasn't as comfortable here. Everything else was excellent.
Reception staff invariably pleasant and helpful. Lovely big room, plenty of hangers, good shower, decent size bath towel, choice of pillows. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe in this hotel.
No in-room safe, although keycard entry makes the hotel safe. Room at back of hotel meant early morning noise from bins across the road.
Huge and comfortable bed Central location Very friendly and helpful staff
Staff very helpful and very tentitive throughout our stay and always had a smile
Locality and service by the staff was friendly and informative. G4eat staf will stay again Thank you

In all premier inns I have stayed in across the country the staff were outstanding, polite, pleasant all round excellent. In particular Freya, Douglas, kassandra on reception, waiting on staff Elina.Lee and tam. Food deal was fabulous.
Only thing is rooms very hot, fan helped slightly.
Location was great. Having a restaurant in the hotel was good. Breakfast was typical English breakfast. Staff was pleasant. Rooms were adequate.
No close parking. Expensive for what was provided.
Staff were very helpful and were excellent
Not enough parking nearby
Because of the festival I was a bit worried about the hotel being too far away but it was a relief getting there. Very good location, very comfortable beds and rooms, very friendly staff and excellent service. Also the food in the restaurant was really good.
our room backed onto the rear of the hotel. also ajoining hotels .noise was bad at times late on with people out side .plus early in morning when deliverys arrive dont expect a le in.no staff at desk in mornning waiting to check out.plus parking is a pain.
Staff excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent, well presented and well cooked.
