Nice budget hotel, well kept

Could do with minor make over, also bedroom window looked like it had a minor damp problem.

no elevator/lift, had to walk outside in the cold rain for breakfast

We had two tea bags, four would be better after travelling a long way it would have been nice to have a cuppa and then another one in the morning.

The rooms were very neat and clean, hot baths were great !

Used as a base whilst travelling on business around Nth east Scotland Easy parking friendly staff.

The food at the attached pub was very poor but I think this is due more to do with the poor ingredients rather than chefs cooking.

The staff were so friendly and helpful.The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are clean.We would rather stay with you than any of the other hotels,even more expensive ones!Good hairdrier too.

There were 'yobs' staying who wakened us 3 times in the early hours.The staff were so understanding and refunded our money without being asked.Service!!!Not your fault.A pity you couldn't charge them for loss of revenue. Hot chocolate and simple biscuits would be excellent.

The room and toilet was nice

The heating was not working , I sent a email to complain but not had a reply yet, I set the heating on number 23 and the heater was not coming on, so we had to stay in bed to keep warm, so in all it was a very bad stay . the date was 16, 3, 13, so we had to stay with my duaghter on the sunday night, she was not happy ethere ,

Friendly & efficient staff, comfortable bed, size of room & cleanliness of en suite facilities. Food was excellent with a wide choice of options. All in all, great value & quality.

We were staying with our grandchildren and the staff were very friendly and nice to the children and ourselves. We felt they went out of their way to make us all feel welcome.

The meal at the resturant was below average.
