It was clean and a good location. The beds were awful and uncomfortable. The rooms were too hot even with the heating off. Could not leave the window open as on ground floor. Worst sleep in a long long time. This ruined our following day.

It is not a proper disable shower.my husband was not able to take a shower as he was not able to get into the bath this is second time i'm reporting this problem

The Room was clean and tidy especially the Bathroom with soft towels ! Comfy Bed, Great location 5-10mins walk to Epsom Town. Great Breakfast in the adjacent Harvester, buffet style but no probs at all.

It was snowy. The room's heater was struggling. I asked for an extra heater which was instantly provided and worked a treat! Breakfast very good nothing!

Lovely and clean. Friendly staff. Would have been nice to have had more than 2 Tbags. Friendly restaurant, although the premises were very tired and carpets not very clean! The parking of cars outside the rooms should be moved. Perhaps cars should not be able to be parked outside the rooms at night for people arriving late or leaving in the early hours of the morning. We had single beds and the mattresses were too hard.

we stayed here as we were visting chessington world of adventures,only a short taxi ride away,nice comfortable spacious room as we stayed with 2 children,one had a sofa bed and the other a single bed. Breakfast was great the next morning.
