Location was good for my visit to area. Best words I would have chosen for Hotel would be "comfortable" & "predictable".

Cost of one night stay at £84 for single occupant. Tight stairwell down to room & very tight entrance to room

Friendly staff and comfortable room.

Pot holes and unkept entrance off the main road. We have stayed there for many years but unable to get your advertised price of £29"

One way sytem out of hotel

Brewers Fayre Restaurant on site. Parking. Fan supplied to circulate air in small room.

Wash facilities cramped and lower than standard height. For some local reason the room was NOT serviced on Sunday - beds unmade, towels not replaced, refreshment station not re-supplied. A single window opened a small amount - this meant neither drew in cool air nor expel warm air - even less effective because being on the ground floor close to a kitchen the curtains had to be drawn!

It's position relative to where I wanted to be.

I was advised it had no disabled rooms. I think more mention is necessary of its multi-level layout and its positively unfriendliness to anyone with mobility problems. The rooms were very small and you could not get a wheelchair in further than to just beside the bathroom.

Location was very handy, relatively good value. Parking right outside. Staff were friendly and helpful

Food was poor

We liked the rooms and blue light in the bathroom, the bar and seating area were fine. The room was comfortable and just enough space for a family

We found the room very noisy, the air conditioning unit even though turned off, seemed to make a very loud noise every hour, which left us with very little sleep with other noises you normally get, ie hearing other guests, toilet flush from room above and in addition in this hotel the trains!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food in the adjoining restaurant was excellent value with brilliant staff.

The rooms were too hot - even though a fan was provided.

Polite receptionist, clean room, comfy bed.

Would have been nice to have an iron in room but they made one easily available to us all, so wasn't that big of a deal.

Liked the really helpful staff with directions to find hotel. Liked the new bathroom and other new fittings -didn't look tired at all like lots of hotels. Liked the restaurant attached for dinner and fab breakfast.

Was a little tricky to find in the dark when you are concentrating on driving the car in an unfamiliar area. Could have done with bigger signs but got there in the end with the really helpful desk staff - she saved the day after a very long drive.

the facilites were superb staff were very helpful nothing was any trouble for them room was superb spotlessly clean and bathroom was spacious everything was first class would definitely stay there again

The staff were friendly and courteous, and as it was my first stay I was very impressed with the way staff talked me through my stay, what to do, where to go etc.

Even though the bathroom was very clean, there was a horrid lingering smell, similar to that of a train toilet.

Good value. Friendly staff clean.

Perfect location for the races which are not far at all.
