Set in beautiful landscaped gardens, this 4-star Holiday Inn is in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon, just 500 metres from The RSC Theatre.
Score from 938 reviews Very good
The staff are excellent, professional and courteous - probably reflecting a very good training programme. The rooms are clean and spacious with all the basics covered. The location is excellent, with very good parking and a very good restaurant.
I would have liked an easy chair and the lighting is not very good if you want to read.
Very helpful friendly staff Very comfortable beds Simple touch keylock entry system
A lot of contractors vans filled car park on a couple of nights making parking for others less convenient. In particular one large van parked across 4 or 5 bays which was a little inconsiderate, but no fault of Premier Inn.
the bad sleep policy
you booked us in under cHall it should have been Jas, and C. Hall
*THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF MADE US FEEL VERY WELCOME! *THE QUALITY OF EVERYTHING IN THIS PREMIER INN IS TOP CLASS! *THE FRESHNESS AND CLEANLINESS OF THE BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS MADE US FEEL AS THOUGH THE ROOM HAD JUST BEEN RE-DECORATED! WE KNOW IT HADN'T- IT'S JUST THAT ALL THE FIXTURES AND FITTINGS, BEDDING, FURNITURE,ETC, ARE OF SUCH A HIGH QUALITY, AND THIS PREMIER INN OBVIOUSLY HAVE A 'TOP NOTCH' HOUSEKEEPING TEAM AT WORK! WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!
THERE WAS NOTHING WE DIDN'T LIKE! WE WISH WE COULD HAVE STAYED HERE LONGER!!!
EXCELLENT MEALS IN THE BEEFEATER RESTAURANT.
Hotel good. Breakfast could be good if better organised. One day had trouble getting served even though not busy and one day cooked breakfast had to be done again as cold.
Had one meal in Beefeater and that was enough. Starter of Flatbread was completly tasteless and got money back and the main meals were not brillant.
I am a regular user of Travelodge via my business needs but was recommended by a colleague to try your company, He must have had another agenda against me
The attitude of the young chap who was on the reception, Not at all understanding stating Its Company Policy . I booked the room for my son from uni who had finished work at 6 pm then he drove down to Evesham arriving very tired at 10pm, Although I had provided all of my card details with security on line for the booking We were told that the card was needed, I was in Cornwall and explained this to the lad who kept stating Company Policy Company Policy and became quite obnoxious, I stated I had the card in Cornwall and why on earth he couldn't charge it I will never know, If my son had not turned up I'm sure the card would have been charged then. I needed to transfer at a massive inconvenience funds over to my sons account very late at night before he was allowed into the room, Very Very upset about this, Shocking that you behave like this to travellers .
plenty of choice but the cooked breakfast was a bit greasy and the bacon could have been a bit crispy
Space in room, friendly staff,
really good size of room breakfast facilities in diner large comfortable bed room service views of countryside
lack of good quality bread of rolls in a relatively expensive continental breakfast (£6.25) - otherwise a good range of food items awkward height of bath when using shower no option of air-con
The staff was very courteous and the night desk clerk actually lent us his own cell charger so that our daughter could charge her phone.
The room lights needed a room card inserted in a slot to stay lit. We had to get a second card so that someone could stay in the room while others loaded and unloaded items from the car.
Great staff very helpful as always at a Premier Inn.
No air conditioning.
Excellent staff...friendly and helpful.
Clean welcoming room with a fan already switched on!
Smell of damp in bathroom. Whole building too hot.
Staff all pleasant and helpful, close to Evesham
Room comfortable, good breakfast selection.
Very comfortable bedroom and bed. Fan helped with too much heat in an unexpected heatwave. Very convenient venue to the wedding we were attending in Fladbury. Excellent adjoining restaurant for meals and breakfast very early
A few noisy drunk people who came into the hotel about 5am banging doors and shouting. did not last too long though
Couteous and friendly staff
Although it did not affect us hotel had two floors i.e. ground and first floor but did not have lifts. Would be very awkward for many people having to drag their luggage up the stairs. Should be prominently dispayed on website that there are not any lifts
Handy for local trips
Coffee in room was poor
Spacious, clean, comfortable room. Polite, efficient service. Above all, quiet - always a high priority with me. Local Co-op store a plus.
Breakfast room and bar unavailable due to refurbishment.
What you expect from Premier Inns. Comfortable, Clean, Locality.
That fact that the Pub/restaurant attached next door was closed for refurbishment and so no place to eat/drink without having to drive into Evesham and was not told this until 2 days before staying and so to late to re book elsewhere. Company did offer complementary continental breakfast but had to be eaten in room after getting it yourself from reception.
Noisey "A" road close by. No mobile phone signal in rooms or indeed any part of the hotel. Low signal outside too. No air-conditioning - have to leave windows open and let the road noise in. Breakfast is pricey considering most hotels provide breakfast in the price. B & B can be obtained for same price as the Premier elsewhere.
not a thing
The lady at reception was just bloody fantastic and so nice, she was so organised and caring and although it was busy, she dealt with everyone so well. On top of that you had made the beds for the babies and also provided cots, totally spot on. Really great.
