parking,, restaurant next door staff very polite throughout hotel

leather sofa in restaurant arm badly torn and foam filling falling out and exposed, more seats .required in bar area .soup served cold also sirloin steak cold and very thin manageress informed very appologetic

Very good staff particularly pleasant and helpful. The staff and service at the serving inn next door were also very good

No adverse comments, as this was a good stay with the room prepared to a very good standard

Friendly courteous welcome at reception, and similar excellent welcome and service in restaurant

nice rooms.The restaurant next door meant we didn't have to drive anywhere. The location of the shops at the Evesham Country Park - nice short walk away. Staff were very helpful.

the location was ideal for visiting the northern cotswolds.

The staff were helpful. They let us book in early to change for a wedding which started at 1 o clock.

Hotel staff & facilities were excellent.Spotless rooms.

We had some issues with the very slow breakfast service at the Table Table restaurant. However this was addressed quickly & to our satisfaction by the Hotel Staff.

Poor response from the Telford Premier Inns when trying to forward book. Would not accept one nights booking (had to be at least two)

Staff tried to help but really was out of there control

I booked on line forgot to take id and they would not let me stay there had to re book twice and by that time it was already 10.30pm not pleased at all they did not offer me a bit more time the next day they evn started banging the door to tell people it was house keeping at 11am when the depaart time clearly states 12 noon I am going back down on sat the 23/03/13 to eavsham and I will not be staying at premier inn you should state to customers that book va e,mail to bring id just in case they live a hundred miles away I had to fone around to rebook again very embarrasing for me

Very welcoming staff, keen to offer help as needed. We arrived early and the receptionist 're-jigged' the rooms so that we could leave our things and freshen up in one that was ready before meeting our friends.

A lot of road noise at the front of the hotel, particularly as we prefer to sleep with the window open as otherwise stuffy.

The staff were particularly helpful not always so in a budget hotel.

I think premier inn is in a league of its own when it comes to budget hotels. They set the standard for others to follow. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff are very welcoming and helpful.

The room was clean and spacious.It was quiet, backing onto fields.All the staff were friendly but also very efficient.

Breakfast was good but wasn't impressed by dinner. It was bland and uninteresting. The puddings, however, were excellent.
