Friendly helpful staff, comfortable bed, quiet environment, clean facilities
We had requested twin beds and thought that as we'd booked months ahead thought there would be a chance of being able to get this but we were told when we arrived that there were no twin beds available.
Friendly staff; good size room with cot for the baby; fairly central location; good choice for breakfast
No car parking which meant a further cost on top of booking... if no car park available some reimbursement on multiple night stays might be a good idea
All the staff were professional and friendly.Food was good.
Sound on t.v was regulated too low, it was barely audible on highest setting.
Welcoming staff at reception. Friendly housekeeping. Clean and inviting rooms. Family friendly - children eating free with paying adults and extra beds in the room
No free parking Breakfast not included in the price Limited space at the restaurant causes inconvenience as customers had to book and may not know they had to
The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast really good
One of the single beds in the family room was very hard
Size of room, bed, pillows. Location was good for what we needed.
Our room was next to main door to other roo.s so could hear it banging into the night and early morning.
Location in good proximity to railway stn
Nothing in general
Unfortunately we only had a one night visit but we found the staff extremely friendly and very helpful and would not hesitate in recommending the Premier Inn Exeter to anyone.
We stay quite often at Premier Inns. The location was perfect as we were traveling by train. (Located opposite station. Easy to walk into to town and to the Quays. A good quiet night and as always a good comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. As it is self service you have a good choice of food. All in all a good stay
Good value Clean Good breakfast Good location for the station
Climbing up the hill to town
Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast.
No shaver point in bathroom. A hook for towels near washbasin would be useful. No car parking and no voucher to park in station carpark.
Clean, comfortable rooms
Service at breakfast was poor. Custom orders for eggs etc. totally uncordinated. We'd finished eating before our poached eggs arrived. Most of the staff seem to be students who don't really care or have a clue about customer service.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good food at breakfast. Good transport links.
Paying for Wi-Fi, though it's still a lot cheaper than some hotels
Great staff always first class service.
Not as good value for money as used to be.
Comfort and cleanliness, efficient friendly staff.
Would have been perfect with a gym
Close proximity to a car park.
We requested to move rooms but this wasn't possible. So we did not receive a good nights sleep which is guaranteed.
Quiet Clean Friendly reception
Staff really helpfull and polite.
Being in a room next to the busy passage. Kept awake from midnight to 5am, drunks having a good time but none stop noises. Not good after traveling 400 miles and have the return journey the following morning. #tootiredtodrivesafely.
We were visiting family i think you know what ur getting with premier inn the staff were very friendly i would stay there in future
No signal for mobile phone and the free wifi only last 30 mins so very hard to get connect inside the room
The city of exeter
Great location that is just opposite to the train station
The bathroom was with a very unpleasant smell
City center was very nice. Nice restaurants. Nice breakfast.
Good quiet rooms. Good location.
Convenient, right next to the station. Room was nice and clean, bed comfy. Staff efficient and friendly
The breakfast was rather poor. They claimed to serve poached eggs but I didn't see any sign of that. The supper I had there wasn't that great either. The staff are very correct - everything is done by the book. I just felt that in regimenting everything the powers that be at Premier Inn are robbing their staff of a measure of flexibility that would let them do their job in their own way and give each different Premier Inn a special individuality of their own. Listen to me, owners, this is where you have lost something special.
