Non-consistent breakfast service. Expensive parking.
1 minute walk from the station. Surprisingly good food in the on site restaurant. Nice friendly staff. Clean, comfy room.
Excellent location just opposite Exeter St.David's station. Hotel spotless, comfy bed, good TV and lovely clean bathroom. Didn't eat at the hotel but no shortage of reasonable places to do so. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay again!
its what a premier inn is. value for money. you get what you pay for. location is your choice! for your convenience for the purpose of your visit. its not the Ritz but its clean tidy and has everything you need. If you are clever at week ends you can park on the road till 9am then opposite at station for 24 hrs then on the road till 11 am on sundays . not too expensive at all. 10 in walk into centre or bus from the station. brilliant.
we were at the rear, & could hear the air con unit outside when window was open, nothing major.
very comfortable hotel incuding good restaurant
bed was a bit old
No available parking at the hotel.
Excellent location when travelling by train. Also only 10 min walk to Exeter Central main shopping centre.
I could smell stale cigarette smoke in the foyer on arriving!
Bed very comfortable and great breakfast. Swift and efficient check in and efficient friendly staff.
I liked how close this hotel was to the train station. The bed was comfortable.
After staying in family-run hotels throughout England, staying at a corporate hotel was disappointing and expensive. This hotel lacks character and does not provide the little extras expected (e.g. complimentary water) for the price.
general attitude and helpfulness nothing seemed too much trouble
nothing I can think of
Friendly helpful staff, comfortable bed, quiet environment, clean facilities
We had requested twin beds and thought that as we'd booked months ahead thought there would be a chance of being able to get this but we were told when we arrived that there were no twin beds available.
Friendly staff; good size room with cot for the baby; fairly central location; good choice for breakfast
No car parking which meant a further cost on top of booking... if no car park available some reimbursement on multiple night stays might be a good idea
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room great food xx
Well the only thing was my sister in laws price was alot cheaper why?
All the staff were professional and friendly.Food was good.
Sound on t.v was regulated too low, it was barely audible on highest setting.
Welcoming staff at reception. Friendly housekeeping. Clean and inviting rooms. Family friendly - children eating free with paying adults and extra beds in the room
No free parking Breakfast not included in the price Limited space at the restaurant causes inconvenience as customers had to book and may not know they had to
The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast really good
One of the single beds in the family room was very hard
Size of room, bed, pillows. Location was good for what we needed.
Our room was next to main door to other roo.s so could hear it banging into the night and early morning.
Location in good proximity to railway stn
Nothing in general
Unfortunately we only had a one night visit but we found the staff extremely friendly and very helpful and would not hesitate in recommending the Premier Inn Exeter to anyone.
We stay quite often at Premier Inns. The location was perfect as we were traveling by train. (Located opposite station. Easy to walk into to town and to the Quays. A good quiet night and as always a good comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. As it is self service you have a good choice of food. All in all a good stay
Good value Clean Good breakfast Good location for the station
Climbing up the hill to town
Had a nice quiet room. Comfy bed. Helpful friendly staff. Finding a space to park was not a problem. People say parking is expensive, but compared with Cambridge, it's not.
The walk to town for me was fine and took about 10 mins, but it is quite a steep hill, so not for everyone.
Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast.
No shaver point in bathroom. A hook for towels near washbasin would be useful. No car parking and no voucher to park in station carpark.
Clean, comfortable rooms
Service at breakfast was poor. Custom orders for eggs etc. totally uncordinated. We'd finished eating before our poached eggs arrived. Most of the staff seem to be students who don't really care or have a clue about customer service.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good food at breakfast. Good transport links.
Paying for Wi-Fi, though it's still a lot cheaper than some hotels
