Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Parking was a hassle.

Cleanliness and price

Was led to believe there was parking but discovered it was railway station parking and had to pay for it. Also it's further from city centre than I expected. On checking in we were asked of we wanted breakfast which we decided to take but instead of charging for two mornings we were charged for one which led to confusion at check out. The receptionist was quite rude and unhelpful in this regard. Otherwise the staff were very pleasant.

The food was good and the service was generally good. Internet was affordable. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Access to the train station and taxi rank was helpful. The walk into town is easy.

Staff helpful and friendly from check in to bar and restaurant. Good range of food available if you don't want to go out, but staff happy to look up info if you do. Relaxed atmosphere

Didn't bother us but it is opposite the main railway station so if you are facing the road and station on a Fri/Sat night it won't be quiet if you open windows at night

Staff were very helpful.

No tray for cups so when using the teaspoons no option but to put on shelf even though it was wet. Only a minor thing though!

You have to pay for the internet and its rather unreliable.

I was very impressed with the hotel. I checked in not expecting much being so cheap and was very pleasantly surprised. I will definitely use premier inn again.

The ay the staff looked after you and the comfort of the room and central locality.

There was a rugby tour at the hotel on friday night and the members of that tour did not respect the needs of other patrons, they were making lots of noise into the early hours and runinning round banging doors etc, which interupted our sleep.

The standard was consistent with what you expect from Premier Inns. It was a new hotel and as a result very fresh and clean. The location was good for Exeter centre and the staff were very accommodating.

The staff was very friendly and most helpful. We never felt rushed or ignored. The 3 breakfasts available were all fresh, healthy. The location right across the street from the Exeter St. Davids train station was extremely convenient and there is a walking trail to the center of Exeter right next to the hotel.

There wasn't a place to conveniently hang the hand towel in the bathroom.

Welcomed with a smile from Reception when I arrived tired and late, Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, greeted in the morning again with a smile, friendly staff at breakfast. Don't usually travel alone, but I felt really comfortable.
