Score from 864 reviews Very good
Very clean tidy and comfortable room and bed.
Automated check in although staff member appeared immediately to help guide through process. TV too quiet but then we are a little deaf and no doubt this is by design to keep noise levels down.
My friend and I were visiting family in the area. It was convenient, comfortable and safe.
Just that the WiFi connection was not working on this occasion, but it was not a big deal. The receptionist was very helpful. S
as above, poor noise suppression from inconsiderate other guests
The bedroom was so comfy, good size extremely clean. Lovely bed and bedding slept great.
A warm, clean and comfortable room - a cosy retreat from a freezing winter day!
A few minor niggles that I would normally have put on a feedback sheet rather than here, but couldn't find one. No tea in drinks tray, soap dispensers didn't work (both were virtually empty) and no sign in room re WiFi (queued in reception to pay as booking site advised of a £3 fee, to be told that it was now free - a little sign in the room would have been helpful). But on balance, a pleasant stay.
comfort , staff attitudes and convenience
I was very impressed with the room.
The place next door for dinner for was not great. We had an awful dinner!! the service was not very good either. It was cheap though. The breakfast was pretty good.
Felt relaxed and comfortable .... Fabulous stay (amazing brekkie too) x
Room was spacious and very clean. The children above are were very noisy but the staff sorted it out.
The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, and in a good location
The rooms were very bright at night, they could do with black out blinds and better fitting doors. Also there is no air con and the windows do not open, we stayed in Jan and still found the room warm so would not like to be here in the summer.
Uncluttered room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff
Noisy heating system, blocked toilet which could not be fixed despite attempts by staff
Did the job!
Room a little warm.
The staff were very helpful and this hotel was comfortable and we were made to feel our stay was important to them
Staff so so friendly Food so so lovely Room so so comfy
Swift check in, good restaurant attached, good accommodation
Paying for wi fi not many hotels still have this charge now. A bit of a rip off.
Food Staff -very helpful and friendly Great comfortable rooms Comfy beds Power shower Couldnt fault anything Free 30 mins wifi
if im being picky-it was a problem getting fitzroy road on the sat-nav, but that isnt not Premier inns fault
Brilliant sized rooms and location!! Considering it's near the airport it's extremely quiet and would deffo recommend
that we had to go home!:(
the amenities for a disbled person in the wet room.are as good as any,and better than a lot of hotels we have visited. Access to the M5
The wet room was a long way from reception and the restaurant. Soap dispensers are very difficult to handle is you are disabled.
very helpful staff
Disabled facilities were excellent. Room was very clean and wheelchair friendly. Bed was a little low to transfer in/out of in my wheelchair but comfortable.
I think you should give free WiFi or a least one hour free when you are paying full price on the room.
Room is spacious and bed was comforatable
The Wifi strength was poor even though it is paid wifi. When entered there was no one at reception and there was a self check in machine. Afraid that I ended up in a budget hotel. But a staff came for assitance and he was friendly but unable to get rid off the thought that is it is budget hotel.
Staff were friendly and helpful Brand new facilities All clean Responded to my request for nearby rooms and top floor location
I'm always pleased with Premier Inn. It does exactly what it advertises.
Paid wifi. There's no excuse in this day and age for it. It is the only gripe I have.
The friendly staff and cosy room made my stay excellent. A bit far from the city centre but close to the MET office.
The paid wifi was very slow (room 14) :(
Staff were very friendly and helpful Hotel was ideally situated for the airport
