very nice staff, and nice location for going in to town

For a chain, it's well done and as personal as a chain can get. The staff was really friendly and helpful and even let us check in a bit early. The location is right on the bus line and the foot path to the Falkirk Wheel runs right behind the attached restaurant. Decent breakfast at the attached restaurant.

Only 30 minutes of free WiFi. For a business traveler chain, this should just be included unlimited at the price they are charging.

The staff were very polite and helpful, the room was lovely and it was all within my budget.

It would have been nice if we had a room on a lower floor as we had 2 small children and a lot of luggage that comes with them.

The hotel was lovely, booked a family room but was given a single room but as it was only a 2 nights stay we managed.

Railway station was closed on Sunday ,we wanted a day trip to Glasgow.The only station open to travel was a distance away.Not many restaurants open in evening.

Friendly staff, good food. Lovely room and all at a very reasonable price.

No direct access from hotel to restaurant. Had to make a 40 yard dash through freezing rain for breakfast.

We met many family and friends. Some of them we had not seen for so many years. It was a sad occasion in some respects but in others it was very happy.

It really met our needs for the visit to family and friends in Cumbernauld and Falkirk.

Very clean , comfortable & good breakfast. Staff very helpfull & friendly.

Only concern i had was the slipperyness of the bath which caused me to slip, without useing shower cream, ending, up on the bathroom floor,shower curtain saving me from what could have been worse.On reporting this to staff,they were very helpfull & concerned & made out a report & made sure i had a bath mat placed in my room.

I am a wheelchair user and access was very good the room was well maintained all geared for a disabled person. Will stay there again with pleasure.

As someone who stays in many hotels, it was what I expected.

The restaurant let it down, cold food, incomplete meals and poor service.

We both appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the fact we didn't have to have breakfast as part of the deal. It was located in a good position for us and there was plenty of parking which seemed to be secure.

I can't say there was anything that we didn't like. I suppose the only thing we were a bit surprised by was at how small the reception was. That said, it doesn't have to be big and it made no difference to the speed with which we were booked in..

The location was ideal for the Falkirk Wheel and it actually backed on to one of the canals. The facilites and comfort were excellent, as expected of a Premier Inn.

artin the receptionist was great. He had very good customer relationship. he makes you feel valued as A customer and does all he can to make your stay comfortable. I would nominate him for the employee of the year. the view was great as well.

No real ale in the bar as advertised
