Room was scrupulousy clean, arrived late but staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, prefer buffet service as at several other Premier Inns we have stayed at. The tables and carpet in the restaurant not the cleanest and no newspapers available for diners.

W!e had a really nice couple of nights at the Premier Inn East Falkirk for a mini break to celebrate our Pearl Wedding Anniversary and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and most of all the very comfortable bed! It was very quiet despite being near to the main road, obviously some rather good double glazing and we slept very well which is so often not the case in strange surroundings, but we were very comfortable.

The bubbling brook running behind our room which lulled us to sleep! No hooks in the bathroom except for a plastic stick-on which was peeling off.

The hotel was within easy reach of the Falkirk wheel which is a must if visiting this area, the staff were most helpful giving us directions. And the rooms were comfortable and clean. And the pub was just next door and very handy for meals which were excellent.

Close to m9, good food options available close by eg. Pub and garden centre, ample parking space, adequate facilities. Only one concern it cost £66.00 for a room for my father-in-law (single occupancy) which meant it was more expensive than his room at the grange manor hotel because that price included three course breakfast.

Hotel staff and their dealings with customers is very poor and bad. It is better not to go in this hotel for the rest and any other purposes. I don't like nothing about this hotel

Staff very friendly when we arrived overall very pleasant stay and ideally located for us. Would stay again and very quiet, no noise coming from other guests. The staff ignored us as we left, 3 members of staff were chatting, obviously too busy, shaver light wasn't working in the bathroom
