Bed very comfortable.
We liked it all. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay again.
There is no phone in the room so you have to go to the reception desk if you wanted anything. There is no tissues, shower cap and the bathtub is a high step up which could be a problem for some. None of this bothered us.
Very friendly helpful staff, very clean and comfortable room.

smokers shack outside resteraunt, which you had to walk past to get in for meals.

Comfortable room, efficient staff.
Comfortable bed and facilities, easy access, friendly and helpful staff.
No walk-in shower - arthritic knees, bath difficult/impossible. Room above (I was in room 2) made a lot of noise on both nights. I thought there were workmen in!
Conveniently sited, friendly helpful reception.
Not many options for meals.
All in all good value, suited my requirements

Clean and comfortable room and friendly staff. Good food at the adjacent Brewers Fare pub.
Location - a difficult exit from the car park especially to turn towards the motorway - this is a busy road. And in common with many Premier Inn, Travelodges etc the location within a trading estate or similar the exterior looks in need of some tidying up and litter clearing.
Very clean room, friendly staff.
There was a ticking in the room all night (heating?) which disturbed my sleep.
staff very friendly and welcoming. Rooms clean, spacious and beds very comfortable.
